In this brief devotional message, the speaker reflects on the biblical centurion who declared his authority over his servants and confidently requested Jesus to heal his servant. The speaker uses this story to illustrate that recognizing God’s authority and possessing faith—even as small as a mustard seed—enables God to perform extraordinary works, such as moving mountains or granting miracles. Listeners are urged to trust God’s promises, whether seeking healing or larger miracles, and to simply cling to Jesus rather than striving or searching for a path, because God has already prepared it. The message concludes with a blessing, emphasizing reliance on God’s power rather than personal effort.

Chapters

When the centurion made this bold statement in Scripture saying that, I am a man under authority, and whenever I tell someone to go, they do it. And so when he asked for Jesus to heal his servant, it really is a telling statement that when a person understands the authority and power of God and just believes— remember, faith the size of a mustard seed— God can move whole mountains in your life. So just believe in what God has planned for you today. And if you are looking for a miracle, whether it is a healing miracle or something really big. Stand on God's promises. That's all he's asking you to do. He doesn't ask us to toil. He doesn't ask us to work. He doesn't ask us to go out there and just find a path. It's already done. He's already created it. All we have to do is cling to Jesus, and in the end, the miracle will come. God bless.
