LISTEN to this incredible ADHD HEALING miracle! God is GOOD!

In this YouTube interview, John Humenik sits down with his daughter Sabrina to share her personal testimony of being diagnosed with ADHD in high school, relying on medication for years, and ultimately experiencing what she describes as a supernatural healing through faith and the Holy Spirit. Sabrina recounts her frustration with high‑dose medication, her desire for spiritual wholeness, and her decision to trust God. She describes a turning point after joining Celebration Church in Jacksonville, where she was mentored by Pastor Tim, became active in youth and young‑adult ministries, and deepened her relationship with Christ. According to Sabrina, after a period of focused prayer and belief, she was freed from ADHD symptoms, stopped medication, and saw dramatic improvements in grades and relationships. John reinforces a theological perspective that illnesses like ADHD are not a believer’s identity, citing Isaiah and the concept of healing by Jesus’ stripes, while also acknowledging the temporary role of medicine. The conversation expands to encourage viewers with similar struggles—whether ADHD, autism, physical ailments, or addictions—to maintain faith, emphasizing that God’s timing is certain and that healing is a promised right for Christians. Sabrina also shares a current prayer for eye healing, urging others to keep strong faith. The video concludes with John promoting his ministry, inviting viewers to support the channel via the website and Patreon, and urging them to share the testimony with anyone needing encouragement.

Hi, I'm John Humenik. Welcome back to the channel. I'm so excited you're here. I got a very special guest today. This is spring break here and I'm interviewing all of my kids. We had Nathan on the channel a few days ago. We had Caitlin also on, and I have my oldest here, Sabrina. Say hello.
Hi, I'm Sabrina.
This is her first time on the channel. I'm so excited she's here. Normally she's out of college and she's away having fun, doing all kinds of awesome college stuff. But today she's home and we're able to get her in the studio here and talk about some stuff. So we're going to kind of COVID her testimony and some of the things God has done in her life. I think you're going to find it to be quite amazing. So if you've got people in your life today that are struggling with ADHD, maybe people who are struggling with school or just any type of like any kind of addiction or physical anomaly, This is the video you're going to want to share with them because I assure you, when you do, it's going to stir up their faith and God's going to move mightily in their, in their life to heal them and get them back on his perfect will. So Sabrina, why don't you take a couple minutes and talk about your life around ADHD? It was something you were diagnosed, if I remember correctly, around 15 years old. It wasn't about 5 years, you kind of had to get on medication. And then just like that, the Holy Spirit did his thing, broke it off of you. You're now off of medication. You've been off of medication, I think, close to like 5 or 6 months. No issues. Grades are awesome. Relationships— you've had no relapses, nothing. And God is good. So why don't you take us through that situation and talk about what it was like, how it started, the journey, and how the Holy Spirit does what only Holy Spirit can do?
Um, well, I was unofficially diagnosed when I was, I think, a sophomore in high school, and from there I kind of just relied on the medication to get me through. I just couldn't focus at all, and I, yeah, I just, I couldn't focus on like school or anything that I was doing. I just was, my mind was focused on everything else besides what I was supposed to be focused on, which is exactly what the devil tries to deceive us into doing is, you know, focusing on everything else except for the— what we're supposed to do to fulfill God's— to fulfill our purpose through God. And eventually just got to the point where I was on such a high dosage that it was just affecting me so much, and I just got sick of being on medication and just paying for it. And it may sound like it's just, oh, it was just as simple as that, but it really was. I just got sick of it, and I didn't want to deal with it anymore because we I've broken a lot of things off of our family and I just feel like I wanted to just be more holy in the way that God was trying to, I guess, like grow me into like becoming like more holy and just being like set apart in that way because we're not called to be sick or broke or in poverty and things like that and I just wanted to be completely cleansed of all those things and having ADHD was just one of those things that I was like, I don't want to be a part of the world in that way anymore. I want to be set free. And like I said, I was just— I didn't want to pay for the medication anymore. My family was paying for it, and then it got poured over to me, and I didn't want to deal with anymore. So I started believing in faith. And you know, your faith can move mountains because I've seen it even now over and over again. You know, you just— if the— if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, like, you can move mountains. And my faith was far greater than that. So I mean, it You know, I didn't realize until it actually like came to pass that I was healed from ADHD that I was like, wow, okay, I guess your faith can actually literally, you know, break you free from things in your life. And that's just basically where I am now, just set free from that and no longer have any side effects or anything. And, you know, like I said, completely set free.
So one of the things I wanna make sure everyone who's watching this video understands is there's probably folks that you know in your life that have autism ADHD, some kind of disease that has— or illness that has lingered on. And for sure, what happens is they get identified as, hey, that I have ADHD, or I have autism, when in fact that's not your identity in Christ. Your identity in Christ is all about healing. You have the right to healing because it says in Isaiah that by Jesus's stripes you are healed. And when you start to understand that The Christian's walk is not a walk of defeat. It's not a walk in which they are supposed to operate in, in lack, poverty, whether it's illness, addiction. And the other thing too is a lot of people don't realize is ADHD. A lot of people will say, oh, that's a concocted illness. There it is, quite real, but it really ultimately becomes a developmental thing where you have the 4 chemicals in the brain. And what happens is, as a child grows up, Some of those chemicals may be developed correctly, and then maybe have another one that isn't correct, you know, imbalanced basically. And then there's medications that basically try to activate the brain to kind of balance it out, and they do work pretty well for certain situations. And for Sabrina, it was— it did work. Like, she went from a child who was struggling with doing good grades, basically almost flunking every class, And then when she got on medication, she was almost a straight-A student within like a few months. So there is value there, but we understand is that with medicine, it's a temporary thing. Doctors aren't evil. God even talked about this. Jesus talked about this, that he didn't reject doctors. He gave doctors their capability. So don't be kind of legalistic in that respect. But at the same time, it's a thing that only God can do. There's not like, you know, you can go and get herbs and all of a sudden you're cured. Of these things. So why don't you talk about also like your walk? So your Christian walk kind of started around that time. You've got, um, I remember that as we— you got anointed at church, uh, the baptism of the Holy Spirit came upon you, the evangelistic aspect came upon you. So here you are walking out with this, you know, really big problem in your life. You're on medication, but yet Through that, God's using you to be on fire for him, proving that he can even overcome our physical situations for his glory. So kind of talk about like that walk and youth group and young adults and all those cool things that you went through.
Um, well, I feel like my faith mostly started changing whenever we started attending Celebration Church in Jacksonville, um, whenever we met Pastor Tim, and he is incredibly anointed, and he is very Holy Spirit-led with how he preaches in his sermons. He doesn't allow his opinion to get in the way. He really lets the Lord flow through him. And I think through that, I just started, you know, becoming more aware of like how we're actually supposed to see God and how we're supposed to work in terms of like, like pursuing his kingdom and just like pursuing our purpose in him. And like through that, So, um, I mean, I got plugged in like right away, um, with like serving at— I think I was serving in youth group, and I almost started serving in young, um, young adults too. And, um, I was serving in like the church too, like the front of the church, like being a greeter. I was just trying to get plugged in as much as possible. And from there, I developed a lot of godly relationships and a lot of people who were helping me, you know, like fix my mind on the Lord and just become set free from that. Um, and yeah, I mean, I then I started going to college and, um, I, uh, am out of state for that, so I wasn't able to serve as much, but I was able to get plugged in there a little bit more in a campus ministry. And from there, since my faith was already, you know, like thriving and just like, um, just growing, um, at an intense amount from being at Celebration Church, I feel like that helped me like, or helped set me up really well for being on my own at college and being away from my family first and being able to just, you know, work hard in school and all that, which being healed of ADHD definitely did help with that, with, you know, being able to focus and just being able to be successful in that way. So yeah.
That's great stuff. And it's really important too that, you know, some people are going to struggle. Sabrina had ADHD for many years, and it is something that as you're standing in faith for your healing, you have to understand is that You fight from victory. You're not fighting for victory. So if you are stuck with maybe, you know, maybe you're struggling with autism, or you know someone who has autism, maybe you know someone who has a physical disability. A lot of people, because we sit at our desks a lot, you know, have back issues, or have, you know, maybe they're gaining some weight, or they're just not as healthy as they used to have been. It's really key to know that God's timing is going to be perfect in your life, and so that if you're believing and you're standing in faith, It's key that you continue to walk that out because it will happen. That's the key thing. It's not a— it's not an if, it's just a matter of when. And we know that God's good when it comes to those things. So, Sabrina, is there any kind of closing remarks you want to give to the audience here today?
Um, I would just say, like, it's simple, but just keep having faith. Like, my— I've noticed recently that I have been believing heavily for a lot of things, especially healing for my eyes, and I feel like there has been nothing that I've like had more faith in than that, and it's just like it's something that looks so impossible to me. Like I can't imagine not having glasses or not like being able to see clearly without contacts or things like that. Like it looks like impossible to me because I haven't been able to picture what life is like without you know having everything being blurry. But I know that God has healed me from things, and he is you know through my faith that he is. a lot of things, and I'm just believing in that because that's another thing I want broken off of me. I don't want to have to deal with paying for contacts and glasses anymore. I want to be broken off of everything from this world so I'm fully healed, fully free, fully like able to walk in the holiness and righteousness that God wants us to be in. So just keep having that faith. If anything, if this— I hope that this encourages you to continue to have faith and not let anyone discourage you because God works in the impossible. He works in the supernatural. We work in the natural. So he just brings the super into our natural. So if anything, just keep having that strong faith and it will come to pass because he wants you fully healed. He wants you fully set free and nothing less than that.
Amen. Amen. So thank you for tuning into the video. I want to take a moment to encourage you to partner with this ministry. We've got an exciting vision here at John Humenik Ministries where we are tasked with taking the gospel to all the people before the rapture. It's a powerful vision. It's something that we've been carrying out. We're about to cross 80 million views on this ministry alone. The YouTube channel just crossed 1.1 million subscribers. Praise God! Even grew 100,000 subscribers in just a month and a half. So this ministry is on fire. It's anointed. I want to join my faith with yours. It's something that— if it's something that in your walk that maybe you didn't feel like you were able to spread the gospel. Maybe you're a person who felt that that time has passed. What you can do is you can support a ministry like this that is doing it through social media. We're doing it through content like this, through Shorts, through videos, through posts, and all other kinds of content, including the stuff that we have on our website. So just partner with us. You can do so on our website at humenik.com, or you can go to our Patreon, patreon.com/johnhumenik. There we have actually a new tier of free membership, so you can join and participate. You can do so right there. So I'm so happy you were able to join us. Please share this video with someone who needs it, who is struggling with ADHD, maybe autism, maybe a back injury, just maybe who's someone who might have been in a car accident. Just Want to just give them encouragement that healing is your portion. It is something that belongs to the children of God, and it is something that you can claim. It's yours, and you don't have to listen to the world who wants to continue to suppress you and put you in a position where you stay below them, because the sons and daughters of the King reign on Christ's throne, and that's where we belong. That's what the Bible tells us. But we do through, through humility, obedience, and surrender to the Holy Spirit. God bless.
