The monkey god? Wow!
This is a Hindu little statuette of the monkey god Hanuman that a woman gave me. The reason, if I feel tired or I feel discouraged sometimes, I can kind of reach into my pocket and I say, yeah, that's something, you know, that's something I can overcome because somebody gave me this privilege to work on these issues that are gonna affect them. I better give back.
Sounds cute and harmless, but there's a reason God told his people and kings not to worship the false god of the neighboring nations. Do not bow down to their graven images because your actions open up the nation you're leading away from God. The way out of this mess is by returning to Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
