Pleading the Blood

John Humenik teaches that pleading the blood of Jesus cancels Satan's legal accusations against believers in spiritual courts. He claims the blood nullifies sin contracts, breaks generational curses, and protects finances, health, and family. Humenik cites biblical passages and shares breaking a family heart-disease curse through this practice.

Welcome, I'm your host, John Humenik. Today I'm bringing you a powerful word of God. Many people don't understand what it really means to plead the blood of Jesus. Stick around for this whole video because there's a very special piece at the end that I want you to hear. Some people don't even plead the blood of Jesus over their lives. Pleading the blood of Jesus cancels the legal contract the devil tries to use against you in the courts of heaven. Picture this, every single sin that you and your ancestors have made can be used against you in the courts of heaven. Whether you believe that statement or not, no matter what your religion says or what your pastor teaches, this is truth. Satan will use anything he can against you to attack a specific part of your life. Ignorance will not stop him from doing it. I know this definitively because in my secret place, The Lord has told me when Satan has entered the courts of heaven to accuse me. Now, when and how and why that happens is a mystery. Does still Satan have access to heaven after Jesus's resurrection? Some people believe that he can't go there anymore. The only time the Bible mentions Satan entering heaven in the New Testament happens in Revelation when the great war breaks out. Either way, he accuses you before God Either in the 3rd heaven, which is the actual heaven itself, this 2nd heaven, which is the space between heaven and earth. This is where Satan operates. Don't believe the lies that he operates from hell. He doesn't operate from hell because hell is a prison. Satan can technically accuse you from earth. Since God is omnipresent, Satan can do this from any place that he so chooses. It would be as if he was standing before the throne, like he attacked Job in the Old Testament. By attacking you through any sin that's yours or your ancestors, Satan gains the right to attack you without any form of retaliation from God. I know that sounds harsh, but the story of Job is a perfect picture of this. Twice Satan accused Job before God. Twice Satan attacked. There's no mention that God punished Satan at that time. Obviously, you know, judgment for Satan will come later at the end of Revelation. If that's the case, then Satan can use anything from your past against you in your present or in your future. This presents a problem for the believer because they become very ignorant of Satan's schemes against them. If you're not in your daily prayer closet hearing the voice of God, you will not know when Satan comes for you. God protects his people and informs them of Satan's attacks all the time. The question is, are you listening? Are you willing to put in the extra time to protect all that God has given you and steward? Are you even willing to protect your family after you die? Because Satan will use your past sins against your descendants, even if they're not born. Don't believe me? Let's go over to Deuteronomy chapter 5, verse 9. It says, you shall not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the 3rd and 4th generation of those who hate me. Generational curses are real. I see them all the time. My testimony is powerful because God smashed an epic generational curse from my bloodline about 5 years ago. My dad's side of the family all died from heart attacks in their 40s. Basically everyone, including my dad. None of these people escaped their 40s, though my one lone uncle managed to get past his 40s, and he was riddled with health problems his entire life. I'm pretty sure he ended up dying from a heart attack. Ultimately, Satan was wiping out an entire bloodline through this generational curse. Of course, the curse was still active in my life, and the evil one came for me. I remember going into the hospital with sky-high blood pressure, 230 over 120, but the Lord was gracious and spared me that day. Jesus is greater than Satan. He stopped the bloodline curse, period, end of story. My children and my children's children will never have to suffer from that again. This is what pleading the blood of Jesus does. It didn't stop with the generational curse. It applies to all generational curses and much more. Let's see how God does it. Your debt of sin is paid for all time. The wages of sin are death, à la Romans 6:23. Let's see how Jesus pays for our sins. That comes from Hebrews chapter 9, verses 28. So Christ was sacrificed once and for all to take away the sins of many, and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him. You are justified before the Father. Here's an aspect that I really want you to understand. Jesus came to die for your sins. You understand that there's a lot of aspects that Jesus's life applies to you today. There's miracles, there's salvation, there's a lot of aspects here. You know, by his stripes you're healed. The diseases that have wrecked your body are now canceled. He comes to bless you with heavenly blessings, to set you totally free from spiritual bondages. mental bondages, physical bondages. He also comes to bring salvation through his sacrifice. But what does that all really mean, that he brought salvation through his sacrifice? What it really means to plead the blood of Jesus. What is that all about? Because there's different elements to this. Well, first, if you go back to the Old Testament, the way the Old Testament worked is everything that the Jewish nation was doing pointed forward to Jesus. You can go back all the way to Egypt when the Israelites were being heavily oppressed by the Egyptian nation. Now, one of the things people would say a lot of times is this: if he's such a good God, why allow bad things happen to good people? Well, the answer is very simple. No one's good, only God. But you see in this example that God allowed Egypt to grow in prosperity, but at the end, Israel plundered them of that prosperity. So God allowed Egypt to grow because they were blessed through Joseph, but then they turned to wicked ways and attacked the the nation of Israel, and that's where they fell short. What you see here during the 10th plague is the sacrifice of the lamb on Passover. That's what they did, is they took the blood of the lamb and put it on the threshold of their door— 3 markings, one on each side and one at the top. If you take a step back and connect those dots, it forms a cross. They were saying that this house is not cursed. It was protected by the blood of this lamb that they sacrificed. And obviously we know from the New Testament story that that points directly to Jesus. You are protected by his blood. But the key part is that the Old Testament says that those sacrifices were never meant to bring about salvation. It does not say that in the Old Testament. This is where the Jewish nation, especially the Pharisees, got caught up in religious aspects because they felt justified because they were Abraham's children. that they were automatically saved. Salvation was their birthright. You get to automatically go to heaven. Believe it or not, that sounds like some Christian doctrines like once saved, always saved, and others that you may be familiar with. But what I'm trying to say is that God allowed Jesus to shed his blood, not only to take the punishment of sin, but to bring you an eternal salvation. This is powerful because it's a multilayered thing, because when you look at the Old Testament, What they were doing in what they were laying hands on an animal, they were saying that they're gonna confess their sin, and the animal took the punishment that the person deserved. So by mercy, not by grace, but by mercy, God was allowing humans to transfer the sin onto an animal and then allowing them to sacrifice that animal in their place. This action pointed directly to Jesus because the animal had to die the sin of that person because they had committed that sin. We know that the wages of sin are death, and so someone or something has to pay for it. So it says in Hebrews, it was impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to bring about true salvation. The only way everlasting salvation could be done was done through Jesus Christ and the eternal Holy Spirit. They brought on eternal salvation and eternal forgiveness of sins. Now, when you understand how this works, you start to recognize that being hidden in Jesus, you now operate in a position of power and authority which the devil cannot touch, because the sins of the past don't matter, because I have eternal repentance for sin. This is the power of the blood of Jesus. When you plead the blood of Jesus over your life in these areas, Satan can't attack you because God says that person is now dead in Christ. He's already paid for his sin because the punishment was taken by Jesus on the cross. That's a powerful statement because now you can stand in the position of power and authority as you walk things out. There's no more condemnation in Christ Jesus because you're eternally saved. That's the power of this verse. So let's go ahead and recap this first verse. Hebrews chapter 9, verses 23. And so it was Christ that was sacrificed once for all to take away all sins, so that he will appear a second time, not to bear those sins, but to bring about salvation to those who are waiting for him. This really explodes and unpacks the deeper meaning of what Jesus had done on the cross, because what he did was, is he bore the sin of the world. He bore it for his people. It allowed him to take the punishment to be a curse so that others would not have to bear that eternal separation from the Father. The next point covers what does the pleading of the blood do for your life? It says you're justified before the Father and spared from his wrath. And this comes from Romans chapter 5, verse 9. Since you now have been justified by his blood, how much more shall you be saved from God's wrath through him? Now, I really want to make sure you understand a couple of things about this, because this is a loaded verse and it comes from an amazing chapter in an amazing book. The key thing to understand is God's wrath is real. I don't want anyone to disassociate that God is a good God and allowing evil to go unpunished. No, he's a righteous God. He's a holy God. He's patient in how he operates because remember, he understands that if he moves in a certain way, what will happen in 30 years? What will then happen in 60 years? What will happen in 100 years? So if he overreacts, it causes a chain reaction throughout all the future. He doesn't have to overreact because he already knows what and when things need to be done. God can bring back people to repentance at the appropriate time, and that's what God— and that's what God cares about, because he wants all to come back to him. He doesn't want a single person to perish. But you have to understand that the process of justification already happened. Jesus already did the work. He was the Lamb slain at the foundation of the world, which meant when God put the world into existence and spun the earth on its axis, Jesus was already predetermined to go and die on the cross for us. This was no tit-for-tat punch and counterpunch with Satan. No, God knew exactly what he was doing from the get-go. So he knew that no one on earth could walk blameless. He had to send his Son to glorify the Father through the sacrifice on the cross. And by doing so, he became a sacrifice for all, so that your past, your present, and your future sins get thrust upon Jesus. Now you might be asking, well, what's the purpose of repentance and renouncing your sin in that situation? Well, it's really easy, because God wants his people to walk in a repentant life because he wants them to be unified, because he's a holy God. He doesn't want you to continue on going sinning because you just feel like it. That's not how he works. He wants to be pure and clean, and that comes through pleading the blood of Jesus. This is the power of justification, because it's not something you can earn. It's impossible. This is where people get caught up with the verses from James. It talks about faith mixed with works. James is talking about what happens after justification. You're justified by the actions of Jesus on the cross, period. All you have to do is believe in faith and receive it. Whenever you do that, what you do is take the glory from yourself, the works and the things that the religious systems are trying to put upon you, and you put them upon Jesus. And when you put them upon Jesus, it allows him To get the glory. And when you do that, guess what happens? You're now no longer subject to God's wrath. You're no longer subject to the punishment that comes through his hand. And you'll see this throughout the Old Testament and even in the New Testament when you see that it can happen while you're alive. But clearly, you know that it will happen at the end of the age, at the judgment seat of Christ, or at the Great White Throne Judgment, which you know you don't want to be at the second one. You definitely want to be at the first one. So the power of Jesus allows you to be completely reconciled before the Father so that you no longer have to be burdened by punishment that would have to come to those who don't accept him. So when you plead the blood of Jesus over your life, over your family, and over your finances, what you're doing is you're saying that all the mistakes that I have made, I have made today, and the mistakes I'm about to make tomorrow— this is the future part— Jesus already took care of them for me. That's the essence of what it means. That's what it means to be no longer subject to God being in a place of punishment. This is a statement that a lot of religious people can't receive, but it's the truth. I'm no longer condemned to go to hell. I'm no longer condemned to receive God's punishment. If someone passes away at noon and forgets to say their prayers in the morning, are they now condemned? No. God already justified you, and you're now safe from his wrath. Another aspect of pleading the blood of Jesus is that you're forgiven. And you see this in Ephesians chapter 1, verse 7. It says, in him you have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sin in accordance with the riches of God's grace. This again is a really powerful verse because one of the aspects that a lot of people don't understand is when you are redeemed through the blood of Jesus Christ, you now step into the riches of God's grace. This is really important because what you see a lot of Christians walk is there's 2 types of Christians in this world. When you're saved, you're on the other side of eternity and you're good. We had a livestream a few months ago that talked about this and went into great detail. At the end of the day, you're either a wheat or a tare, and they look the same, but at the end, when they're about to be harvested, the wheat bows and the tare pridefully stands up. And that's when you're revealed as a Christian and when you're not. But what you see is that when you're redeemed through the blood of Jesus, there's 2 Christians that come out of this: a Christian who walks a defeated life For the rest of their life and never comes out of the couple seasons that they're living in, or you have a completely victorious Christian who walks dominantly and never bows down to the sins of the past. What Jesus did through the blood no longer bounds you to the problems of the past. You're no longer bound to go back to the disease, the death, the destruction, all the things that were causing havoc in your life, in your family life, in your work life. You don't have to do that anymore. You get to step into the riches of God's grace. And when you step into the riches of God's grace, you now get to operate under the promises of Matthew 6:33, where it says you can go about your Father's business, chase his righteousness and his kingdom. And when you do this, all the things follow after you. There's nothing outside of all. And you start to recognize as an undefeated Christian, you don't have to chase the things that are already pursue you. You don't chase money. You don't chase food. You don't chase clothes. You don't even chase fame. You don't happen to chase customers if you own a business. You don't have to chase work if you're just a worker bee. You don't chase anything. All you do is go about your Father's business, and all the things that are needed are automatically added to you. When you understand the scriptures, you're redeemed through the blood of Jesus. You're forgiven for the past sins. And now what you do is get to operate from a heavenly mindset. Now this is where the things of heaven can be pulled down, loosed in heaven, and then loosed on earth. As a Christian, you get to operate in a position of power and authority at all times, but it comes through the forgiveness of sin, through the blood of Jesus. So now what you can do is you can always plead the blood over your work. You can plead the blood of Jesus over your business. You can plead the blood of Jesus over your church. You don't have to limit Where the blood covers and protects, because God's grace will flow. Where Jesus is is where God's grace will flow. It's like the Holy Spirit. The anointing follows the Spirit, but he's the Spirit of power. He's the one that brings all things to fruition. And wherever the Spirit is, there is freedom. Wherever the Spirit is, there's power, there's truth, there's no longer suffering. There's a sound mind, clear thinking there. At the end of the day, when you think about it, Sickness can't exist in that place. It's impossible. It can't. You can't have people that are suffering. You can't have people in bondage. You can't have people struggling through demonic oppression, or in the context of instances where you have some generational curses which lead to a lot of problems from a physical perspective and a financial perspective as well as a mental. Those things are impossible to happen because Jesus's blood sets the record straight. It puts you in the perfect will of God so that you can operate without fear and without restriction. You can operate in a kingdom mindset. The next topic I want to cover with you about the blood of Jesus is pleading the blood of Jesus as you become spiritually alive. John chapter 6, verse 53 talks about this. Jesus said to them, very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you will have no life in you. At the end of the day, a lot of people get this confused and misinterpret what Jesus was trying to say. The reality is, is Jesus never really talked about from a physical perspective when he was here on earth. He always talked about a spiritual point of view. So when you say that that's a spiritual point of view about drinking Jesus' blood and eating his flesh, what does that mean? Well, it's very straightforward. You're drinking his blood and you're eating his flesh, and what you're doing is you're spiritually consuming Jesus. And what that means is you're living, breathing, and walking out this life As if he was here to tell you every step of the way. That's really powerful because this revelation allows some people to understand that this is a spiritual aspect and not just a physical thing. And because it's renewing of your mind, it's about renewing your heart. It's about walking out life in the manner that God sees fit for you. It allows you to be able to go through and operate from a kingdom mindset. And do the work that your Father wants you to do without being burdened by these other things. But you can't do it unless you know things. And this is really what ultimately becomes— this is a beautiful symbolic or metaphor around what you consume. That's what you become. So think about this. If you're consuming the word of God every single day and you're allowing the word to permeate and you're chewing on it, no different than what God talked about to Joshua. He said, meditate on this book day and night, and you will never have an issue. You will always be prosperous in the land. That's what Jesus was saying. Every time you go to consume something with your eyes, and when you consume something with your ears, with your feelings, with your— you consume Jesus. Don't consume the world. Don't consume the music of the world. Don't consume TV. Don't consume social media. In fact, I'll even go as far as don't consume other people's opinions of you. Amen. of Jesus. Don't be reading books about Jesus unless that comes from an accredited author. Read the book that the Holy Spirit actually wrote about Jesus. That's what it means. Consume the Lord Jesus Christ. Drink his blood, eat his flesh, and when you do, you will have life, and you will become spiritually alive. Because now, when you're spiritually alive, you discern things, you understand things, you know things, you become wise to things. These things get unlocked. You know the scriptures. You know when the devil is lying at you. You know when the devil is trying to twist the truth and use it against you. You know all these things because you become aware, intelligent, and understanding. You become spiritually healthy. Now the devil can't attack you. You start to understand concept that healing is spoken, not prayed for. You start to understand concepts that demons flee by declaration and not by some ritual. You understand that you can bind demons and cast them into the abyss. You understand concepts that prayer are actually used for, when not to use prayer and when you're supposed to, and when you're supposed to act instead of praying. God expects you to know the difference between these 3 things. He needs you to know the difference between a prayer, a declaration, and action, because those activities were emulated by Jesus while he was here on earth. You never saw Jesus pray for healing. He just didn't do it. He just declared it. And he prayed to his Father because he wanted an intimate relationship with him. That's how he got that way. And he walked out things in faith. When you consume the word of God, which is Jesus Christ, you're drinking his blood, which is Jesus Christ, then you will have life because now nothing can bring you death. Remember when we talked about this, Romans 6 talks about the wages of sin are death. If you are consuming sin, You're living in sin and you're acting out sin. You're leading a life that will lead you to death. That's what you're doing. Jesus paid that price already on the cross. You're pleading the blood of Jesus over your life. You become spiritually alive because you no longer have to be bound by what the world tells you. Think about this when the world is out there constantly talking about rising shorelines caused by global warming. The temperature continues to set records every single summer. Each election year, there's going to be talking about that if this person gets elected, all these things bad can happen. And if that person gets elected, then all of these other bad things are going to happen. Guess what? The world operates on fear. That's the fuel of the world. Anytime you hear fear, you know that comes from the world. The world cannot bring hope. Only Jesus can. It's always some form of punishment, some form of condemnation, some form of destruction, because the world wants you to give into your fears. It wants you to yield your emotions and allow you to react before things are going to come to pass. That's what the world wants for you. But God doesn't care for those things because the kingdom of God operates on love. It operates on respect. It operates on honor. And because it does, you get to be alive when the world is freaking out and having issues with the economy. It's caught up in unemployment. It's caught up in inflation and financial issues. And when you're caught up in that situation, you can get caught where you can get stuck where you can't even feed yourself or take care of yourself. But God's got you. Maybe in those situations the world wants to pull you in, you may lose your home, your car, your job. Maybe you've lost a spouse, maybe even a family. Everything the world wants you to experience is a complete and total falling apart where Where you're in a spot where you're like, wow, this life really sucks. But the Christian doesn't walk that way. It never applies to them because the Christian always operates from a kingdom mindset, always operates from the heavenlies, always operates from a position of victory. It's rigged. That's the thing. Christian walk is completely rigged. All you have to do is yield to the blood of Jesus, plead it over those aspects of your life, and you become spiritually rich. Spiritually alive. You can walk out in complete authority and power and confidence, and nothing, nothing can stop you because you're already battling a foe that's defeated. That's the key part. Satan was defeated on the cross. He's done, and he's been done. When you finally understand that Satan's been defeated and he's under your feet, it doesn't matter what he does in the interim. It doesn't matter how many times he comes to attack. It doesn't matter how many times he tries to come and touch you. Your health, maybe your finances, your family possessions, or your work. It doesn't matter because God gets the last laugh. He always restores what the devourer takes at least sevenfold. So if you've lost time, guess what? You're gonna get all that time back sevenfold. If you've lost money, he's going to restore that money back sevenfold. If you've lost health, you're gonna be living in abundant health, 7 times greater than you would've had otherwise. The next topic I want to cover about the blood of Jesus, that you're cleansed. 1 John chapter 1, verse 7: But if you walk in the light, he is in the light, you have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son purifies you from all sin. The easiest way I can describe this is using white robes spoken about from the Book of Revelation. It's no different than washing your clothes with bleach. If you get a stain on a shirt and you want to get rid of it, one of the things you'll do is spray with a stain remover. Allow it to soak and then put it in the wash with a detergent that will remove the stain. This is what the blood of Jesus is like. You know that sin is a stain on your life. You know that it makes you look filthy, like filthy rags before God. That's the reality. Sin is a stain. It separates you from his holiness. God never compromises his holiness for nothing. You know, the blood of Jesus is like the perfect stain remover. It's like taking your shirt that's stained in sin and washing it white as snow. That's what it means when you see the robes of Revelation. What it means is there's a process in which you actually get completely cleansed by Jesus. It's symbolic, but at the same time, it's actually very spiritual. Think about this from the perspective of pleading the blood of Jesus over your mind. If you're caught in a situation where you believe something that's not true, like I can't do this, or I can't do that, or I'm not capable, or I'm not smart enough, I just don't have enough money. I don't have the right skill to make that team, or I'm not smart enough to get into that school. Jesus's blood cleanses your mind of those lies. Those thoughts have to be washed away. They go away because the blood of Jesus washes them away, and your mind is renewed and refreshed in Jesus Christ. And you now can walk out this life in complete victory. You take on the helmet of salvation and you walk in victory. Your daily refreshing of your mind with the words that God allows you to be victorious every single day. This is a really powerful revelation because I know a lot of Christians that will be— continue to speak death over themselves. They're caught in that terrible cycle. Words have the power of life and death. These people are Christians that cross the line from death onto life, and then they're stuck in the world. And even if they're not stuck in the world, they don't have the confidence in themselves. They don't have the confidence in God. They don't understand how these kingdom principles operate and how to plead the blood of Jesus over their mind in order to wash away the thoughts that they've collected over the years. The world is like sticky goo, and all it wants to do is continue to fling this sticky goo at you to slow you down, to stain the clothes that the person that you're supposed to be— think about this. If you're walking about your life and you're collecting this sticky goo as you're going about your day. You have a daily renewal of your mind because you don't want to succumb to the partial thought, because Satan will want you to attach a partial thought to your bigger thought, and then he'll turn it into a string of actions, and ultimately it will lead to a full-blown sin that destroys lives. I've seen this first happen. I've seen this firsthand, and I've seen it with people in positions of power and authority. Because they have some weakness. I remember this one really powerful evangelist who recently died a few years ago. He was a man of God that brought a lot of people to salvation. But what happened is after he died, what came to light that he was an epic womanizer. He was so bad that he would actually tell the women that while he was sleeping with them that this was from God, that this was a blessing, that they're going to be blessed by these perverted actions. He's a man of God who brought people out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of heaven, yet he could not overcome this sin that he carried to the grave. At no point in time did he stop committing it. Even when that came out, it completely stained his legacy. It tarnished it, and his name will be forever disgraced. When you plead the blood of Jesus over your life, those stains are gone forever. They're bleached white, and you no longer have to go back to that life. You choose to reject that that life and move forward. You can choose to reject all the sin that Satan throws your way whenever he wants to, because you become less prideful and you no longer can puff yourself up. And in those instances, Satan can't push you in the position where you become prideful and you say, wow, look at what I did, look at what happened, I did this, I did that, wow, isn't that amazing? Because pride becomes the mistake that comes before the fall. The haughtiness is one of those things that Satan will just come and attack you with in a big way. But the haughty mind can be erased by the blood of Jesus. That's the power of the blood. It erases those things that are in your mind. It actually takes an eraser and wipes it clean and allows you to take the pen to paper and create something new. It's amazing. That's the power of the blood of Jesus. That's the power of what he's done for you. When you plead the blood of Jesus over your mind, over your heart, over those emotions that people say you're not supposed to have, but God says yes, you can have them because I put them in you, those things no longer offend you, no longer can be condemned by those words or those actions, because you're no longer bothered by the opinion of others. You're no longer interested in understanding and respecting what other people say because you only care about what the Father thinks about yourself, my what Jesus thinks about you. That's the power of pleading the blood over Jesus over your mind because you now reject the old standard that you lived by and includes the worldly standards and any standards that you may have put up and maybe even your parents' standards because all of that doesn't matter. The next point I'm going to cover comes from Revelation chapter twelve verse eleven. This is really important if you're going to understand. than any of these points in this entire discussion, because this entire teaching— this is the one that I really want you to make sure you understand, because this is the part where many Christians struggle in life. This is an area where you have to understand the blood of Jesus always allows you to conquer Satan and his kingdom. Listen to this. Revelation chapter 12, verse 11: They triumph over him by the blood of the Lamb and the words of their testimony. They did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. This verse comes from the end times book of Revelation. This is clearly in the context of people dying at the hands of the Antichrist. The stage is set. It's set. But what you really need to understand is that you are victorious through the blood of Jesus. You totally are. At the end of the day, it is what Jesus did on the cross, him dying, him going down to Hades, setting the captives free, being resurrected 3 days later, and then 40 days later ascending to heaven in power and taking his rightful place at the right hand of God. You are victorious because of that action. You are victorious because of what Jesus did for you 2,000 years ago. You're victorious over the forces of darkness. Now I want you to really understand this next aspect Because there's a combination. There's an end statement because it's both the blood of Jesus and the words of your testimony. So you must put your faith into action by your words. You know that people speak what's in their heart. All that comes out of their mouth is sourced in their heart. You want to be filled with Jesus so that when life squeezes you, it's him that comes out. When you testify to the work, you are proclaiming the name of Jesus over your life. The combination of the blood of the Lamb and the words of your testimony allow you to triumph over every single thing Satan could do against you, period. How does this happen? Because what you've done is you've given your life over to Jesus and you don't care about this life anymore. That's the key. That's the combination. That's how it all works. It's a combination statement to become victorious over Satan by the blood of Jesus. By what Jesus did on the cross, in the words of your testimony, by the things you actually say. So if you believe in the blood of Jesus and— but you're spewing out garbage out of your mouth, do you truly believe in him? You can't go out there and plead the blood of Jesus over your life and then not back it up with your words, because that's what it means when you're not truly giving your life over to Jesus in the way that you need to in order to live a dominant Christian life. That's the difference. This is why people struggle to understand worldly Christians from the world, because there's no discernible difference. You can't see the nuances of people that were saved and unsaved because they're living the same life. What does a defeated Christian who's living in the world, living in sin, living out their old life because it's comfortable, than those who do not know God at all? You can't hide behind the statements like, this is what my parents did, this is how I used to operate in life, this is what my family told me what to do. I hear these statements continuing. It says, this is what my spouse wants me to do, this is what my kids want me to do. At the end of the day, none of those things matter except what God wants for you in your life. When you're able to give up your life for Jesus, it changes everything for the best. Justification and salvation doesn't cost you anything. It doesn't. You don't need to do anything in order to receive justification. That's salvation from Jesus Christ because he already paid that price. All you have to do is proclaim with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that he's been raised from the dead. That's Romans 10:9. That's it. That's the sinner's prayer. There's nothing more to it. That's the essence of spirituality. It's simple. Religion wants to add those things to it. It wants to continue to pile on all these other things to make it harder for people to be saved. But when you proclaim that aspect in your life, you cross over the chasm from death onto life. It's like a bridge. You're crossing over from one side to the other. There's no toll on the bridge. You just walk across the bridge. That's faith. But when people get to the other side, You see people camped next to the chasm, and they're looking at their old life, and they see all the pleasures, all the fun, all the excitement that they had there, and they get stuck looking in the rearview mirror like Lot's wife. This part of your life is what costs you everything. That's the sanctification process. This is where Jesus said to the people, Lord, let me go bury the dead, my father. And Jesus turned, said, Let the dead bury their dead. Jesus is saying, let the living people who are dead spiritually bury the dead people. The dead bury the dead. You need to come to the table and be about your Father's business. People want to go to work and work in the kingdom, but when they want to have both hands on the wheel or one hand on the wheel, they can't let Jesus control the car. They understand that Jesus wants to be their copilot, But that's the lie. Jesus is the pilot. You're just sitting in the back seat, going along for the ride and operating in the spaces he wants you to. That's the way you can go about your Father's business and not toil for things. That's the essence of the sanctification process. That's a part where many Christians can never accept. It's a shame because at the end of the day, when you understand how God works, how Jesus works, You're going through that process and you're yielding more and more of your life back to Jesus, and you're pleading the blood of Jesus over your life, and you're going through these aspects, and you're conceding these things that you used to enjoy, and you're giving them to Jesus. You're allowing him to replace them with his stuff. His yoke's light. It's easy to bear. The Christian walk is not a hard walk. If anything, it's the easiest walk there ever is because God does all The heavy lifting. All he wants you to do is walk out your part in faith, in truth, and in justice. Add some hope, add some love, and allow him to do all the hard stuff. If you could do the hard stuff, you would get the glory. If God does the hard stuff, he gets the glory. You just have to do the mundane and he does the super. You do the natural and he does the miracles. That's the essence of miracles, signs, and wonders. It's being about your Father's business by being at the right place at the right time, doing what God wants you to do, and being obedient to the part that you're supposed to play. When you plead the blood of Jesus over your actions and the things you're doing, what you're now doing is you're applying the blood to your words, to your actions. Now you can overcome everything the devil throws at you. There's nothing he can do. There's no discredit. That he can come at you and destroy your stature. There's no way he can touch your finances in which God can't restore them. There's no way. Look at Job. I mean, this is an example of the most horrific thing that you probably could go through in a human life and not die. He lost all his children. He lost all his cattle. He lost everything he had short of the servants that came back to tell them that he lost everything, and he still had his wife. God spared his wife because she was one flesh with him. So when he said you couldn't touch Job, that meant he couldn't touch his wife, that being Satan. And when that happened, he was able to rebuild his life after this horrific ordeal because he had the faith in God and allowed him to overcome by the blood of Jesus and the words of his testimony. But Job predated Jesus. Job's a living example how you can walk out your life today because there's no thing that the There's nothing that the devil can touch. There's nothing the devil can do that the God of the heavenlies can't fix. That's what he was trying to show with the story of Job, that God was capable of restoring every single thing that happened to Job, because that's what he did. Everything Job got back was 2 times greater. He got twice the life. He got all his kids back. He got all the cattle restored. He got all the property restored. That's right. And so much more. Many people believe that Job was 70 years old when that happened to him, and then he lived on to 210 years old. God gave him another 140 years. What you see here in this example is that the blood of Jesus reconciles you back to God. It allows God to move mightily because our words have power. The things you say become law. You can declare the things that become spiritual law in the land because you are the caretakers. You are the stewards, the governors of this earth. There's nothing that can overcome you. There's nothing that evil can do and ultimately win. Remember, this is the war, and there are going to be skirmishes, and there are going to be casualties, and there are going to be battles that are lost. But at the end of the day, Jesus is victorious. And when you keep your mind on the throne of God, and when you're looking at Jesus and you're saying, wow, I believe what Jesus has done has allowed me to be established and planted firmly in this land where I will operate in a kingdom mindset. I will operate in grace. I will operate in mercy. I will now be able to go about and walk out my life with power and with authority. I can plead the blood of Jesus over the things and know that when I go to war, I will be equipped and I will be victorious. Let's go ahead and recap the things that were covered. Point number 1, Hebrews chapter 9, verses 28: You see that your sin has been paid for by the blood of Jesus all time. It includes your future sins, which have never been committed yet. But again, but again, a lot of religious people will freak out. But the reality is, is you are forgiven for both past, present, and future sins. Otherwise, you would have demonic concepts like purgatory and all these things that come up because you have to go through this additional cleansing process. The blood of Jesus is perfect. It's impossible to stop it. It's impossible to keep you from being Jesus's blood cleanses all sin. Number 2, it comes from Romans chapter 5, verse 9, and it talks about you're justified before the Father and you're spared from his wrath, which means you're adopted into the kingdom. You become an heir and a co-heir with Christ. All the punishment that's reserved for the heathens, the wicked people, and the world does not come your way. Point number 3, you see that you're forgiven. That comes from Ephesians chapter 1, verse 7. You're redeemed through the blood of Jesus, that you have life so blessed because God's grace is so abundant and so rich that it's basically reset your relationships back to God, realigns you with Christ, and now you can operate as if those things had never happened. It's that powerful. Point number 4 is you become spiritually alive. John chapter 6, verse 53, you get to consume Jesus daily, in and out, daily, all the time. His word, his flesh. Understand his words, understand his works. Take your daily bread, take your daily drink, and you become spiritually alive. You plead the blood of Jesus over your life in the aspects that the devil wants to attack. The devil wants to taint your life. He wants to lie to you and trick you into sin. And now you can stand firm and say, no, this is not aligned with the word of God or the promises that God has given me and my family. I can stand on those promises because God delivers them in his own time. Point number five comes from the first John chapter one verse seven. You are cleansed. You're no longer stained by the gunk of this world. You no longer carry the crimson stain of sin. You no longer stained by the mistakes that you've made, the mistakes others have made, and the mistakes of your past or your ancestors because those things have been talked about in Deuteronomy come back. But you can't be held accountable for the mistakes of your ancestors. That's what God wants from you. He wants you to understand. that those who love him, he will bless up to 1,000 generations. And that's an incredible thing, because if you know that there's only been around like 80 generations from Adam until the present day, kind of put things in perspective. The final point that comes from Revelation is chapter 12, verse 11. You see that you can overcome everything that Satan wants you to do and his entire kingdom that comes against you, because the blood of the Lamb and the words of your testimony become that powerful revelation. It's something that allows you to walk out in confidence that whenever you see demonic activity, wherever you see evil going about, wherever you see the things that are not going the way that they should be in your life, you can declare with your mouth, you can pray with your mouth, you can plead the blood of Jesus over those situations, and you know you will have total and complete victory. You know you will have the last Because you know who has the last action. The very thing that will allow it to come to pass is the one God who allows it to come to fruition, and he's the one that brings it to fulfillment. He's the one that makes sure it happens. It happens because the blood of Jesus and the words of your testimony— you will triumph over the kingdom of darkness because ultimately you gave your life for God's kingdom. And by giving your life up now, he gives you an eternal one. And in this short-term life, you get to live life out abundantly and prosperously. You're no longer subjected to the devourer, and he can no longer touch your stuff. And if he does, God's going to restore it with a huge bounty and grace. And afterwards, you're now positioned in even a greater spot. You now even have more power. You're positioned with more wealth. You're positioned with a greater sense of health and a mindset That means the more the devil attacks you, the more things God will give you and the stronger you will become. It perpetuates the cycle of defeat on Satan's kingdom faster and faster. That's the beauty of the promise of God. That's the beauty of pleading the blood of Jesus. So let me go ahead and pray this prayer over you and your family and your finances. Please bow your heads and close your eyes and receive this beautiful prayer. So Heavenly Father, I come before you by the blood of your Son Jesus Christ. He is the Great I Am, the great God King, the great Lord over all. He has come and now is seated at your right hand in the position of power and authority. I pray blessings over this person that's sitting across the screen watching this video right now. I plead the blood of Jesus over his or her life. I plead the blood of Jesus Over their mind, their heart, every aspect of anything that there are— their being. I plead the blood of Jesus over their spirit person, over their family, over their work, over their household, the food that's in their pantry, the food that's in the back storehouse. I plead the blood of Jesus over every single possession that they have. I plead the blood of Jesus over every single penny And every single financial account that they have across all the different banks and institutions where they have income. I plead the blood of Jesus over their work, over their business, over their family, extended family, over their friends, over their community. I plead the blood of Jesus over every aspect of the area that they're living in, the state or the province that they live in, their country, their homeland. All those things. I plead the blood of Jesus over their church, their church leadership, everyone
