Power of the Blood

Welcome, I'm your host, John Humenik. Today I'm bringing you a powerful word of God. I'm here to talk about the power of the blood of Jesus Christ. Stick around for this whole video because there's some amazing stuff I'll cover just for you at the end. The power of the blood of Jesus has no equal. When we see this in Ephesians chapter 1, verse 7, it says we have redemption Through his blood. I wanna take you back on a story and understand why Jesus's blood has no equal. When the Lord God put the earth into existence, he knew that mankind would fall. He knew the devil would sin. He knew Adam and Eve would fall. There was no other way for mankind to come into existence and still have free will and accept him as their Lord and Savior. If there was any other option, What would happen was, is someone else who was blameless could die in Jesus's place, take the glory away from God, and therefore become that object that'd be worshiped. But God didn't want that for anyone because they knew that that's not the life that he wanted. He didn't want any one of his creation to die in his Son's place because his Son was the one that would be exalted. His Son was the one who would give us the living example to walk life out. He would be the one that would show us the path that leads to life, and Jesus needed to be that example. So the power of the blood allows us to have this redemption story that restores back all the people back to the Father. The Lord God is holy, and he doesn't compromise his holiness for anything. That's a really important concept, because if, as we go throughout our life, we will compromise our holiness for various things— the sin that's so easily ensnares us. We'll make a mistake, we'll react emotionally, or we'll do something out of fear or out of concern for others, but it's not the right thing. Jesus never overreacted to a single situation in life, and because of that, his blood allows us to be fully and 100% redeemed before the Father. This is so important to understand because God loves us and God knows that the wages of sin are death, and because of that, someone had to die for the sin of many. Otherwise, everyone themselves would have to pay that price, and unfortunately, that price would've been eternal separation from God because we have nothing in this earth. There's no good works, there's no other sacrifice, there's nothing. You can't buy your way to heaven, you can't work your way to heaven. It's impossible because as you approach God, your very being would be stained by the sins that you have committed over the course of your life. Amen. Even when you were young and before you truly understood right from wrong, you could walk into a situation where you could be sinning and therefore be stained before God. And so it's so important to understand the power of the blood of Jesus literally smashes all of those chains that would keep us away from God. It allows us to have this open access to heaven that we could not have possibly had before. That is the power of the blood of Jesus. It is amazing. It is powerful, and that redemption allows us to be fully restored to Jesus Christ because it allows us to have fellowship with the Father. It says in Hebrews chapter 10, verse 19, having boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus. Jesus's blood tore open the veil into the Holy of Holies. Let's go back into the Old Testament and see. We've got the tent of meeting or the tabernacle. This is when God pulls Israelites out of Egypt and into the Promised He gives Moses a plan for this, basically this meeting place, this intimate place where he can meet with God. Think about this as hearkening back to the Garden of Eden, where Jesus and the Father and the Holy Spirit would meet with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. They had an appointed time. It was a part of the day where Adam and Eve could go somewhere and meet with the Father. We know this because whenever they didn't show up after they sinned, God went out and said, where are you? We know we're supposed to meet with you, but you can't, you didn't show up. And so what God was doing in this tabernacle, in this tent of meeting, what he was doing is he's starting to reestablish the relationship with his people. But unfortunately it was veiled. We saw that because as you go into the tent of meeting, there was this process that you had to go through. You had to go and sacrifice a lamb or a goat or birds to basically put your punishment on them. And so they died in your place. But remember, that was not a salvation thing, it was just taking away your punishment thing. This is where a lot of the Jewish people really misconstrue all the Mosaic laws, because they thought that the blood of goats and lambs and all these different animals would allow them— either, either through their birthright or just by this process of these ceremonies— allow them to be fully reconciled before God. But that's not what the case was. All it did was just took the punishment away. But Jesus's blood was perfect beyond understanding. It was so powerful that not only did it wash away the sins, but it tore the veil. So think about this. So you have the sacrifices, and then they went in and there was this laver. So basically think of it like a big pool where they can cleanse themselves. And then as the priests went further— because remember, into the temple you could have the priests go in, but the people couldn't go inside. So even as in today's Christian, we're like, well, no, I can come boldly before the throne of grace, but Back then you couldn't do that. You know, there was only the priests were allowed to do that, and the priests were from the tribe of Levi. So it wasn't even allowed from other different tribes. But then only the high priest could go into the Holy of Holies where the Ark of the Covenant was, in passing the veil once a year on Passover. So what Jesus did by his power is he reconciled this entire process where you have this process where you go into the sacrificial altar You go to the laver, you go into the, the, the actual, the sanctuary, and then the Holy of Holies. That process was— you guys, you could see you could have people get dwindling numbers as you move further and further into the temple. But in God's world today, the blood of Jesus tore the temple from the temple veil, from the top all the way to the bottom, allowing us to walk into the outer court, into the inner court, which is the temple itself, and then into the Holy of Holies. where we can now have fellowship with the Father. We're able to go in and have a conversation with our Father in heaven and not be construed by the sin, the guilt, any punishment, any form of condemnation. None of that stuff applies to us anymore because the power of the blood of Jesus completely reconciles us to the Father. It washes away the deepest and most powerful sins, the deepest and most powerful wounds. It restores and fills and fixes and just completely covers and protects. The power of the blood took a completely unconsecrated, unholy, unrighteous race and completely restored it to God's level. Think about this— not to his power, but the fact that we can be in his presence and not die. What a powerful statement. The power of the blood of Jesus allowed us to come boldly before the throne of grace and allow us to be able to be ministered Sit at the feet of Jesus, hear his voice pour into us in a way that would be life-changing and allow us to receive all that God has for us in this day. I can tell you right now from my own personal experience, my own testimony, that it is a beautiful thing when I can come into the presence of the Lord. I love— I wake up every morning and the first thing I do is I go into my prayer closet and I go into my quiet time and I put all of that stuff. I follow this process. I basically go through and I put on the sacrificial altar. My flesh and my will, and I just burn it up there. And I say, "Give it up," and I'm going to resurrect Jesus in its place. I'm going to take on the cross of Christ. I'm going to pick it up and go forward. I come into His gates with songs of rejoicing and hope and worship, and I want to drive out all of the gunk that the world wants to put on me—the anxiety, the fear, the problems, the work, the overthinking—all the things the world wants to put on me and thrust upon me. I'm shoving them aside and letting God. Go through a cleansing process where I get the peace that passes understanding, where I get a joy that becomes my strength and allows me to take on the work ahead. God is so holy through this process that he continued lifts me up. I go higher and higher into his presence. And then when I come into the Holy of Holies where I'm actually before Jesus, I can be completely ministered to him. I start writing in my journal. Pages and pages of information of him, how much he loves me, how much he wants to comfort me, how much he cares for me, how he'll take care of my finances, how he'll take care of my family, how he'll take care of the things that I'm concerned with and put me in a position where I can operate in a kingdom mindset, focusing on the very things that he wants me to. And all of this was done by the power of his blood. I'm able to come in and commune with him through this process and restore myself on a day-to-day basis, allowing me to hear a now word on my life. This is where he releases revelation knowledge. This is where he puts together a path that sets aside all the things that I'm concerned with and worried with. And he says, focus here, I got the rest. And that is so beautiful and powerful because he loves me and he's taking care of me and he allows me to be in this posture of just greatness and expectancy and love. And I just know that as you walk into this and you hear these words, that you can do the same because he has great power and allows you to operate in a kingdom mindset that is game-changing. Another verse that talks about this is Isaiah 53:5, and it says, by his stripes you are healed. This is the power of the blood of Jesus. We talked about this when we plead the blood of Jesus in last week's video, but this week it's even more powerful because there's nothing on this earth that God can't heal you from. It doesn't matter. They're even to the point where limbs grow back, cripples are walked, people that were born blind can see, and people that are mute speak. This is the power of the blood of Jesus. That miraculous healing is your inheritance. You don't have to wait to heaven. To be fully restored. God will restore you now, here on this earth, in this moment. I can't tell you the difficulties that I've had to experience in my life. I know that when I was younger, I injured my back in a really bad way. I ended up with a pretty severe herniation in the L3 lumbar. And if you're not familiar with the spine, it's basically the lowest part of your back. And so you have your hips and you work your way up, and the L3 is 3 up. And it's basically at the core of the lumbar. It's right in the middle and it becomes a fulcrum for all the things that you do. So imagine anything that you want to do, like sitting, driving, you know, taking a walk, doing anything that's sports related. If you love sports, baseball, football, basketball, hockey, golf, tennis, every one of those sports require a low back to be firm and strong because ultimately it needs to support the weight of an active person, bike riding, walking, if you're reading, doing anything, you can manage back pain from different areas. But when you have low back pain, because it's the core, it's the central part of where you're at, that becomes a crippling thing. But the thing about my back pain was it wasn't just simple back pain, it was electrocution-style back pain. Now, it wasn't like that all the time, but what would happen is, was as the joint would get inflamed, it freezes. And that's the essence of what happens, is, is that the joint gets freezes because the muscle wants to heal it. But the whole point of how a back works, it's a pumping motion. And so in order to receive, it doesn't get blood. So think about this, it's the only body part that doesn't receive nutrients through the blood. This is a really interesting concept. It receives nutrients by the pressing and releasing of itself. It's like a sponge. You press it, it basically excretes out all the waste, and it pulls back and it absorbs the nutrients. That's how it works. So when you injure your back, your muscles will freeze in that spot, and you can't get any of the nutrients. The blood that would pour into my body would not be able to get to those parts because it was solid. And what happened was, is eventually that would get inflamed up, it'd hit my nerve, and my nerve— the electricity that runs through the nervous system would not go into the nervous system, would just go into my muscles, and it would just hit my muscles, and it would just be like I'm electrocuting myself. And so it was horrific. And this was the thing that takes a very long time, at least in my life it took a very long time. God didn't heal me for 17 years. This was, uh, just a difficult process. Surgery wasn't an option. There was no level of therapy. It didn't matter. Pain medication, forget about that. Like, it just didn't matter. It took a touch of God to restore everything back, get everything going. And once he did, the disc was healed. All of the extra aspects of the— within the disc, it's like a jelly donut. So think of like a jelly donut. The jelly within the disc was returned and God healed me. But guess what? He didn't just heal me. He completely restored me and he allowed me to operate today as well and effective as I was in my 20s. It's incredible. But that doesn't— that's not the only thing God has healed me of. He's healed me of all kinds of ailments and problems and illnesses and different things like that. And I just want to implore you, just see my testimony is your testimony. I know there are gonna be people on this call, they're gonna have issues with their head, they're gonna have issues with their heart. I know people, they're gonna watch this video, are going to struggle with cancer, they're gonna struggle with liver problems, stomach problems, all kinds of feet issues. This is going to be a problem for people because we live in a fallen world. We live in a situation where God is not totally present with us in the physical, because if we— again, as I said before, if he was, we would all be dead. Because God loves us, he has given us this miraculous healing through the blood of Jesus. And because that miraculous healing allows us to be healed in Jesus's name, you now can get restoration for any form of problems. Think about this, think about this. If you're struggling with anxiety, you can be healed by the blood of Jesus. If you're struggling with cancer and it's wrecking your body, causing issues, even leukemia, which is a horrible— it's a blood cancer, it just wrecks everything. If you've got lymphatic cancer, if you've got brain cancer where you can't even get surgery to get to it, because a lot of times There's parts of your body that they can't surgically remove because it'll end up killing you. Imagine if you're in that state. The blood of Jesus has the power to completely and 100% restore you back to wholeness before God. It has that power. And you might be saying, well, how can it? Because God spun this entire universe into existence in 6 days, and technically was less because If you include the animals. So think about this from the perspective— he created man out of the dust of the earth, literally carbon dirt. That's what we're made of, is dirt. And he did it in less than a day, because on that same day he created land animals. On that same day he had Adam name all of them, and then he created Eve out of his rib. Think about that, the power of God to be able to do and create a Being of such complexity and perfection, because Adam was perfect when he was created. He was mature and perfect, and so was Eve. And so now, if he's able to do that, probably within a span of, you know, give or take, let's say, let's say he took his time and took an hour, and let's say he did that. Think about this. If he could create a body as complex as a human in an hour with all of the systems, the lymphatic system, the respiratory system, the cardiac Your stomach, your endocrine, all of those different things, and he just did it from dirt. Literally, he could heal you right now. He has that power. He has that capability. But do you have the faith to meet him at that point and know that that healing has already been released and you can walk into it? There's aspects you might be saying, "Well, I've been praying for my healing. I've been having people intercede for me." Don't stop. That's when. One of the beautiful things about the verses, the verses in the Bible, is because God knows that he loves you and he cares for you, and you must continue to intercede for yourself, and you must continue praying for healing over yourself. You can't stop because the power of the blood of Jesus will heal you. In fact, you may not know there might be a problem that's in your DNA. It may be in your genetics. You may have a problem that you're pleading for that may be something that you see on the outside, but God's healing Something on the inside that's 10 times worse. I know that's for sure because I've prayed over people and I've seen schizophrenia, I've seen Alzheimer's, I've seen future cancer and future heart disease. We're talking about people in their 20s and 30s that I'm seeing all of these things on their life, but God heals them of those things so that they never have to walk into it. That's the power of the blood of Jesus because it allows you to be restored and be made renewed. And allow you to receive all the things that he has for you. And don't settle, don't settle for anything less. Because even my pastor was talking about this this weekend where he said that in my prayers, Father, if you heal me or you bring this to bear, awesome. But if you don't, I'll allow your will to be made done. You have a higher will. I trust you. And you know what God said to him? What a powerful statement. He said, my son, You need to stand on my promises. If my promises says you could be healed, you need to stand on them. If my promises said that you need to have finances and you're no longer going to be in poverty, you need to stand on my promises that I own all the silver and I own all the gold. Imagine that. God is saying, level up your faith. Don't concede, because that's the power of the blood of Jesus. In addition to that, you have the capability for the blood to protect. This is so important. This comes from Exodus 12:13: When you see the blood, I will pass over you. This was a very, very tenacious situation in the, in the existence in the nation of Israel. Here we have— you had Jacob and his 12 sons and his one daughter and all of their children and grandchildren basically going down to Egypt Because there's a severe famine in the land in the Middle East. And now they're going there because Joseph has now been installed as the second in command in all of Egypt. And he's really in— and when you look at it, Joseph is a Christ-like figure. Pharaoh is in his, in his own way representing the Father, because the Father is the supreme being in the universe, and Joseph is the second in command reporting to the Father. And so That's like Jesus and the Father. We know Jesus is one with the Father. We know they're equal. But Jesus shows us that by submission and servitude, you can become great. And that's the essence of how that interaction works. And so Joseph is representing Jesus in this case. He's kind of this Jesus Christ-like figure in all of Israel. And well, Israel, literally the nation, as well as the man. Are going down to Egypt and they're going to be built there and they're going to become a great and mighty nation. And what happens is, is they come out a couple hundred years later, functionally multi-millions of people. And so Moses is leading them out, and what happens is, is they're at the 10th plague because now this new Pharaoh never recognized Joseph and has completely oppressed and enslaved the Israelites. And now what's happening is, is that they're on the 10th plague. They've seen the 9 plagues that mock the Egyptian gods because they're fake. And God is like, okay, this is it. This is the 10th plague. This is going to bring destruction upon the heads of all those in Egypt. And this is when the great destroyer is going to come over and basically pass over all the places that have the blood of the lamb, because this is at that time a sacrificial lamb, that if they have this this on their door, it's going to pass over them and kill all the farm animals' firstborn. It's going to kill all the Egyptians' firstborn and any Israelites that decided, I'm not going to put the blood on my door. And guess that's exactly what happened. And so these people are wailing in the middle of the night, and the destroyer kills everyone's firstborn. It's incredible, and it's, it's suffering. And you see the parallel here because it's a representation of Jesus, because Jesus is the Son of God. And it shows that this sacrifice that happened is pointing to Jesus. But what it did is it protected the Israelites from the wrath of God. That's the power of the blood of Jesus, because that's not only the, the aspect of the power because it keeps you from God's wrath, it will actually give you protection against evil. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people talk about teachers that are actually practicing in all forms of witchcraft, in things that they just want to just dabble with. And, and I'll be honest with you, that's a space that no one should be operating in. It's a, it's a space that opens up doors and all of the demonic activity that follows behind it. They're not your friends. Even if you get power, even if you get authority, even if you're capable of doing things, at the end they'll just discard you when they get someone else. And it's a very, very dangerous lifestyle to live. But I've heard stories where they'll say teachers will actually throw spiritual darts at the kids, and the kids that have been prayed over, they have a blood shield literally that actually absorbs and destroys the arrows. And they know that those kids are the That are Christians and are protected by the blood of Jesus, and the other ones they can just punish and hurt. And so when you understand how the spiritual works and you understand that there's a real enemy out there, there's a real, real threat to your children, there's a real threat to you and your family, to your finances, to your church, to your community, to the nation you live in, to the country you're in, in all aspects the governments and the systems, the businesses, that Satan, all he cares about is division and destruction. That's all he cares about. The blood of Jesus is specifically going to protect you in all your ways. It's so powerful that nothing can come and destroy it. And you see and you understand in this space, when you're dealing with witchcraft and New Age, there is all aspects of sacrifice and animals and all kinds of things and trying to draw the power out of the blood of these animals in order to cast spells. Think about that. That's what they're doing. And now imagine the perfect sacrifice of Jesus, the power through the Holy Spirit, the power that was invested between those 2, 2 persons of the Godhead. It's impossible to affect them. I've heard stories of people going trying to cast spells that are just walking on the street. And then there's people that they see that they're just covered in this covering by the blood of the Lamb, and they just can't penetrate the shield. They keep trying to cast spells, they keep trying to push through some things. And again, I know for some people this is going to sound radical because maybe you're not really spiritual and you don't understand these things, but the matter— the fact of the matter is, is it doesn't mean it's not true. And it's important important to really understand that these things happen and that there are people that are trying to use these powers, these demonic powers, to enforce either their own will or harm them or do all kinds of terrible things that I don't even want to mention on this channel. It's, um, it's almost abominable, some of the things that I've seen and heard. And yet the blood of Jesus is so powerful that not only will it heal But it'll protect you from things that will come against you and try to harm you and hurt you, because those are the things that the devil wants to enforce on your life. He wants to bring pain and suffering. He knows his days are numbered. He knows he's going into the Lake of Fire at the end of time. He knows that. It's in Revelation. He reads it. He knows the Bible better than all of us. And yet he knows what he's doing is he's kind of like that party person that's at a pool party when they jump into the pool and they basically grab other people and they pull them into the pool. Think about that. Like, you know, I have friends, they're falling in a pool and they're going to try to grab someone, but in this case, they're not trying to stay up and out of the pool. They just want to pull people in. That's what the devil is doing, literally. He knows he's doomed. He knows he's done. He knows his entire kingdom, all his fallen angels His demonic forces, all the ones that died during the flood, disembodied spirits basically that we call demons today, they're all gonna go there. The Antichrist, the false prophet, they're going. There's a slip and slide right into this new lake of fire. Guess what? He is trying to pull everyone that he possibly can into that place. He doesn't care about anyone. He only cares about his time here and enjoying it to the fullness that he possibly can. And possibly he may even being prideful enough to think that he can win, but he knows deep down inside he has no power against an Almighty who literally exists outside of time and space. It doesn't matter if the devil has an authority over an angel. It doesn't even matter if the devil has an authority over a lost child of God. It doesn't matter. He can't touch the believer. He can't overcome the believer. And he can't— if he can't overcome the believer, then clearly he can't overcome the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus is so powerful that it allows him to know that he can't ultimately win against the believer. And you see this again— we talked about this in our last video about this when we talked about pleading the blood. Revelation chapter 12, verse 11 says, and they overcome him, the devil, by the blood of the Lamb and the words of their testimony. I can't even describe the power that's just impacted by this statement, that the power of the blood of Jesus is unconquerable. It gives you authority over snakes and scorpions. It gives you authority over the demonic forces. It gives you authority over everything. And if you're wondering what, what do snakes and scorpions have to do with anything, well, they're functionally symbolic of the evil forces. You know, it's not about you going out in the desert and stomping on a scorpion. Don't do that, okay? You know, and we do see later in Acts when the viper came out of the fire and bit Paul in his hand, and they were like, oh, they're expecting him to puff up and die, and he didn't. All he did is shake off the viper and threw it back into the flames. But will you understand that the power of the blood of Jesus gives the believer true authority and power to overcome Because at this point in the story in Revelation, the Antichrist is winning the war. And I know there's a lot of people that believe that the rapture will occur before the end times happens, but biblically speaking, there is zero— there's zero verses, including the fact that it says, oh, the church doesn't exist in Revelation. Well, that's because you just didn't read the, the book correctly, because even in Daniel it says the Antichrist is going to overcome the church. And so what you see here Is that he's winning the war. There's the 5th martyr that happens. Well, if you're not in the church, then how can you be martyred? That's the 5th seal. And when you see all that, you start to recognize that the church is there and present and trying to bring people to salvation and trying to do the work that God has. You've got the 2 witnesses and you've got this. But what God is saying in that moment, in that time of trials and tribulations, in that moment of suffering, when all the— everything is going sideways. God's going to protect his people like no different than he protected the Israelites when he was pummeling the Egyptians. The land of Goshen did not experience the later plagues and did not suffer, but yet he could— God is that capable. I mean, he's capable of being able to protect his kids. And so he's not going to punish the kids at the end of time because they're there to bring salvation to everyone that would come to him. And so you see this is that in this very instance, in this terrible time, you see God working through his people, through the blood of Jesus and the words of their testimony. This beautiful combination— the power of the blood of Jesus is so powerful, so great, that even during this horrific time when large portions of the world are being destroyed by fire and floods And you've got the Wormwood meteor and all kinds of horrible things, and just people going bonkers and just doing all kinds of terrible things to one another. God is saying that my blood is powerful enough to protect my children because all they have to do is add to it the words of their testimony. We overcome the evil one and his entire army. It doesn't matter how much he wants to punch at us. strike us and do all those things, God's got the last say. God's got the last laugh. He is— he being Satan— is completely defeated. He's literally a defeated enemy fighting a battle that's lost. And all you have to do is just trust in God, trust in your heart that he is going to take care of you and that you can move forward in confidence That's the power of the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus has so much power that even in the darkest time in the history of the world, even Jesus said that there will be no time that rivals that time. And yet even in the midst of that, he's saying the Christian is victorious by 2 things: the blood of Jesus and the words of their testimony. That's it. It ties directly to Ephesians 6. Where it talks about the only offensive weapon that you need is the word of God. That's it. What better word of God is your testimony of how Jesus saved you and how Jesus carried you forward? It's incredible. God is so good. But it doesn't stop there. The power of the blood doesn't stop there because it goes further. It's a cleansing agent. 1 John chapter 1, verse 7: The blood of Jesus Christ, his Son cleanses us from all sin. This is a really important thing because we talked about this a little earlier, but we want to make sure that we kind of really explain how the redemption and salvation part comes into place, because a lot of people live in a world of guilt. Now, I grew up Catholic, and there is an aspect within the doctrines that really formulates guilt, and I don't know why that happens. I just don't know if it's a spirit that works against them. It's not really something that they truly teach, but it is something that just kind of manifests as a part of being in that culture. And what Jesus is saying is that the blood of Jesus is so powerful, so powerful, that there is no sin capable of holding you back, that there's no generational curse, that there's no, you know, actual curse, whether it's a leader that ripples down. We see this in David when he when he committed the sin of the census, and then God gave him 3 choices, and he ended up punishing the people for David's sin. We know that's a real thing. It's biblical. It's there. It's in Deuteronomy. It's in here. And so Jesus's blood is so powerful, so strong, that there isn't a sin, a stain, or a problem, whether it's the gunk of the world or not, that can come against you. Think about that. Think about this. You have the, the King of the universe who's righteous and holy. He's perfect beyond understanding. And yet we know we can't come before him because of our sin. Our flesh would just die. It was just— that's just the way it is. But yet the blood of the Lamb is so powerful, so strong, that it can literally wipe clean our slate, make us white As snow. We see this, we see this in Revelation because we see us putting on robes. It means that we're consecrated, which means we're sanctified, we're justified. All of the things that we've walked through in life has now come to a fullness within Christ. And now the blood of the Lamb, Jesus— this is why it's so incredible about what he did on the cross. He made a spectacle of everything by him dying this way. I mean, the most horrible way. Even, even today, probably no one could think of a more horrible way to die because it could take days to die, and you're just suffering between the nails in your hand and your feet rubbing up against your nerves, the slow blood loss, the, the just all kinds of just the spectacle of you being up there, the sun. I mean, think about this, you're exposed, right? You're exposed throughout the day, throughout the night, and it's just a horrible experience. I mean, no matter how bad the heat is. And so eventually Eventually your body gives out, generally from an asphyxiation. And so you're really— what ends up happening is you can't breathe. This is a really horrible way to go, and in many ways, again, the probably the most difficult way. Yet Jesus, the Son of God, said, I'm going to come this way, I'm going to die this way, and I'm going to show the world I can make a spectacle of sin, of death, of Hades. And by doing it, I'm going to do it on a cross. And that's the power of his blood. That's the power of the cleansingness, that it doesn't matter the goop, the tar, the sin, all the things the world wants to put into our eye gate, our ear gate, you know, our mouth gate, our body gate. It doesn't matter all the things it tries to thrust upon us. Jesus wipes us clean with his blood and it keeps us whole before the Father. It is that powerful. It doesn't matter if you're a murderer. It doesn't matter if you're a mass Liar. It doesn't matter if you even have rejected Jesus Christ your whole life. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you're an atheist. It doesn't matter if you have a broken heart, that you're struggling through things and you've just— you feel that you are a terrible person on the inside. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. God's blood, Jesus's blood, is so powerful it wipes the slate clean. Completely clean. That's the power of the blood of Jesus. We see these things and we continue. 2 Corinthians chapter 7, verse 1: Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and the spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. What a, what a loaded verse. Let's unpack this a little bit to start understand what the power of the blood of Jesus does. Because what it does is, is that allows us to come into a perfection before God. Think about this for the perspective. You can't go before God because you're not perfect. It's as simple as that. God says that you have to be perfect. That's what Jesus said— be perfect like your Father is perfect. And you know you can't get into heaven because you're— there's no— the standard is too great. It's impossible because we as people don't even know and understand all the rules and regulations at the very earliest age of when we actually have an understanding of all these things. We just don't know. We don't know all the aspects that we're supposed to do at the age of 5 or even at the age of 10. Think about that— understanding all the complexities and aspects of loving God and loving your neighbor and being holy and yielding good fruit and all these things. There's— this is— this is— there's a complexity there that the Holy Spirit makes simple. Okay, I'm not going to belittle any of the things that the Holy Spirit does, but he makes it simple for us. But at the same time, we still have to understand all those situations. And yet, through all of that, through all of those gaps between where we're at and where God's at, where we are so much lower than than him, and he is so much higher, so much cleaner, so much more pure. Yet the blood of Jesus is literally the bridge that connects the two together. It's incredible. That's the power of the perfecting holiness in the fear of the Lord. That's the power of the blood of Jesus, because it cleanses us, it reconciles us, it puts us on the right path to allow us to be able not only to be fully reconciled before God, but it allows us to receive all that God has for us. It's a highway that allows us to walk and basically drive upon the perfect will of the Father. It allows us to operate in a kingdom mindset. It operates in a sense that it doesn't matter how bad my past was. It doesn't matter what I'm doing today. I can be reconciled before God. Look at Apostle Paul as a perfect example. The dude literally hunted Christians down in other cities, drug them back to Jerusalem to have them killed or jailed. This guy took religious and religious spirit to a whole other level. There wasn't anyone in the Bible that operated like this, and yet that's what he did, is he was intent, intent on destroying the church. Intent of being in a position where he did not want this new sect, this new way as it was called in the New Testament, to come and take away from the Jewish religion that was the dominant aspect of their society. And yet through it all, Jesus met him on the road to Damascus, interceded for him, took him, and then you had Ananias come and speak to him. Paul gets fully restored. His sight is restored. He goes out of the wilderness for 3 years. He's ministered by Jesus. He goes and sits at the apostles' feet for, I think, another 14 years. And then 17 years later, he gets commissioned and off he goes. Think about this. This is a guy who literally hunted people down to kill them, and now he's out there saving people. In Jesus's name. The very people that he brought to death would, would have cheered him when he entered into heaven. Think about that. That's an incredible statement. That's the essence of the power of the blood of Jesus, that the person that Paul brought to death and now sits in heaven would actually cheer Paul into heaven because of the things that he got reconciled by Jesus. Not because of Paul, but because of the blood of the Lamb. That is the power. Think about this. That's the power of the blood of Jesus, that it doesn't matter how bad your life has been in the past. It doesn't matter how low of a person you think you are. I can assure you, it doesn't matter how low you are. God looks at you and just sees something completely different. He sees the son or the daughter that he wants to walk out an amazing relationship with and dominate life with. That's what he wants for you. He wants your identity in Christ to be powerful and to be royal and regal. He wants the fat of the land to be on your plate every single day. He wants you to eat fresh food. He wants you to live in a warm and comfortable house. He wants you to drive the greatest of cars and fly in the nicest of planes. And you Use the greatest of silverware. That's what he wants. In fact, he wants it to be goldware. He doesn't even want it to be silverware. He wants you to live that life out. And it's the, the, the— you get these spirits that come against you and say, oh, that's a prosperity gospel. Well, how is it a prosperity gospel if they're already saved? Like, the whole point is a prosperity gospel is to, to basically replace Jesus with money. If you're already saved, the prosperity gospel It doesn't exist because at that point it's the promises of prosperity that are in the Bible. And we know that the blood of Jesus allows us to have access to these promises. And guess what? Jesus talked about money more than anything. In fact, when you look at the Bible and all these things, that's what the blood of Jesus tears down. It tears down the lies that people hold up against themselves. When they said that poverty, okay, is piety— what a great lie on one of the most destructive lies to the church. The church was thriving, uh, 500 years ago, and then this lie came and destroyed it and put— it took the wealth of the kingdom and put it into the hand of heathens, into the hand of the wicked. And now that's stored up for the children of God. That's what it says in the Bible. But you have to understand that you have to leave an inheritance for your children. If you read that whole verse, there's different parts to that. But the blood of Jesus unlocks all of those things It cleanses yourself. It cleanses your mind. It allows you to cleanse your flesh, your people, the people you walk with. You can actually save people. Literally, you can actually save people by just being in the room with them. This is biblical because remember, Paul's on a boat and the boat's about to be destroyed, and God said just because of Paul, okay, because he's on there, he— everyone else gets to be saved. And they all got saved. I think they landed on the island of Malta. And they get restored and moved on, and they end up in Rome, I think, after the winter. And so the blood of Jesus is that powerful, that one saved Christian in that moment, in that moment of being able to walk through life and be able to operate in a true kingdom mindset, operating under the blood of Jesus, being cleansed and being perfected in God's holiness, allows them to receive not only all the beautiful blessings that God has for them, not only the people around them get to receive favor because of that person's presence, but what it does is it wrecks the religious mindsets that want to continue to hold people in bondage. Because guess what? You're just coming into agreement with what the devil wants you to say in order to hold people back. But when you start to operate under kingdom principles, you can't be held back anymore because the strongholds that are entrapping your mind are just get erased instantly. And the power of the blood of Jesus protects your mind, it protects your heart, it restores your health, it restores all the things that God wants to have in your life. Every single thing that the devourer has come to be destroyed will be returned to you 7 times. And so I want to go into a moment of prayer for people that are on and watch this video, because I believe that God is going to set a lot of people free, that the blood of Jesus— this isn't John Humenik, this is the power of the blood of Jesus. This is what Jesus did on the cross in his death and resurrection and his ascension into heaven and sending the great Holy Spirit, the Advocate, to come and live within us. It's all God. All I'm doing is speaking it into you. Amen. Doing my part as a herald of God, and that's what I'm doing. So let me pray a prayer over the people that I know the Holy Spirit wants to hear this, and I want you to receive it in faith. I want you to receive it even if it's not directly applicable for you in this season. It may apply to you. In fact, it'll probably apply to your children or your grandchildren. There's enough people in your family that it'll apply just by, just this pure percentage to someone that you know and just receive it in faith because God wants to bless you. You have to get this. I just want to make sure everyone understands the power of the blood of Jesus unlocks the kingdom of God. That's what it does, is everything in the kingdom of God was veiled, everything was hidden, it was types and shadows. Everything in the Old Testament points back to Jesus, and now that Jesus has come And ascended, all of these things have been restored and allows you to receive them. And if you receive this prayer in faith, then I know that God will honor your faith no matter how small it is or how great it is, and allow you to receive it. And so let me go ahead and pray over you. Go ahead, bow your heads and hearts in prayer. So let me pray over you, Heavenly Father. Everyone that hears my sound of my voice. Voice, under the sound of my voice. Allow the Holy Spirit to use me to speak into your children and those that are lost to come back. And so I want to pray for those that are currently not accepting Jesus, that you're struggling, that you may be in a different religion, you may be believing in another god, another false prophet, you may be believing in stone and wood. And I just want to intercede With you right now, for those people that don't know who this Jesus guy is, who is he and what can he do for me, that all they have to do is believe in their heart. Just receive Jesus in your heart. It's almost like picture Jesus coming into your heart, just coming in and just settling in there. And then you can proclaim with your mouth that Jesus was raised from the dead, and that, that's all they have to take. So Father, we just pray that they receive Jesus into their heart, that they know that he's their Lord, and he can proclaim that you rose him from the dead and that he's now seated at your right hand. And that's all they have to do in order to receive salvation. And so I pray that prayer over everyone that has not received Jesus Christ into their hearts and their minds, and that they continue to struggle from day to day wondering, how can I operate in this world, that if I continue to operate by the, the world's rules, that I will just be struggling more and more, and I'll be going deeper and deeper into the pit. But Jesus calls us higher and higher, and that we go from faith to faith, we go from glory to glory, that every season that happens is supposed to be a greater season, that every single day is supposed to be better, that we are literally in the valley of our life because everything is in front of us is the mountaintop, and that everything— that you will level our paths forward, and that you will make them straight, and that you will be clear, and that the cloud of fog of war and all the things that may have been blinding the people to understand who just Jesus Christ is— who is this man who came down from heaven, who died for me, who was both man and God, but now is ascended in glory and sits at the right hand of the Father interceding for us day and night? That's who Jesus Christ is. That's who who he was and now is, and it will always come. And that they know that at some point in the future— and we know we're in the end times, we don't know when it'll happen, but we know it's going to happen. We know there are people on this earth, probably definitively, that will see the end times. And so we know, Father, that it's coming, and we know that you're going to come and basically separate the wheat from the tares, the sheep from the goats, and that we want these unsaved These people that do not know you, the people that are lost children that you are calling back, the one that Jesus has left the 99 behind in order to go and get that one child, that one adult. Maybe this person's on their deathbed and they're like, I'm not sure I'm going to heaven, but I want to make sure right now. I want to pray over them this beautiful justification that they know that you are Lord in their heart and that you can proclaim that you, God Father, Father, you raised him from the dead, and that's all it takes for them to receive salvation. So I pray that over everyone. So Father, let me continue praying for those who are in Christ, who are struggling, who are trying to find a path forward. Maybe they're living in the world and they haven't forgotten that their old life, that the old person is now dead, and that they should just literally just bury them, put the grass on them, put flowers on them, knock over the tombstone, and forget about them. That's it. That's what the old person is. And that they don't have to go back to the sin, that they don't have to go back to the addiction, that they don't have to go back to the problems that have pushed people— the drugs, the alcohol, the pain, the abuse, the suffering— that all of those things that continue to hold them back, Father, that everything that they believe about themselves, the lies, the things that they that you have spoken over them, that you, that you can believe that the words of God replace the words of the enemy, that whatever has been said by their parents, their siblings, their friends, their family, anyone in their community, even their pastor, if it does not align with the perfect will of God on their life, I declare now that those, those words spoken over them are now null and void. Done, and that the only words that they can receive going forward come from the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit and those that you've sent, and all of the words that only align with your perfect will on their life. Father, I pray for those who are suffering from all forms of just infirmities, mental illnesses, all kinds of diseases, anything that is just in the body or in the mind, in their soul, that's just tormenting them, that is soulish, that it comes from the world, that these things have just been because of the fallen nature of mankind, that they have just been— they're receiving it, whether it's a generational curse or otherwise. Father, I plead the blood of Jesus over them. I pray that the power of the blood of Jesus restores them, that anyone that has lost time gets that time restored. Anyone that has lost money or family relationships, work, any kind of stature, even, even some form of authority, Father, restore those things and put them back on their 2 feet. Allow them to walk with their chest high and their head held high up, and allow them to operate in a kingdom mindset that they are a son, they are a daughter of the King. That they have a seat at your table, that you have crowns— not crown, but crowns reserved for them. You have a robe covered in precious metals. You have silverware that's actually goldware, that they're going to eat on plates of gold. And we're not talking about that in heaven. We're talking about that right now. We're talking about having and experiencing those things. That the things that have held them back, whatever physically or mentally that have kept them from being who they need to be, Father, I release healing in all forms in their life. Father, just allow all these things that would come their way to slow them down, to confuse them, to distract them, to just knock them off course even ever so slightly. Father, just gently realign them Restore them and give them a hope for tomorrow. Allow their faith to join with mine and to receive these things. And we pray, Father, if there's external things that are coming against them, whatever that may be— spiritual forces, people forces, maybe society rules, maybe they're the— that it's a mismatch from the person that they are and the role that they're in, and there's friction there because you want them to be a leader and they can't be in a position of leadership because those positions are taken. Father, if there's things that are coming against them, whether it's their own families, whether it's demonic forces, whether it's even, even the powers to be, Father, guide them into a place, into that secret place. Guide them into the feet of Jesus. Allow them to understand that your presence is peace. Amen. Your presence is joy. Your presence is strength. Your presence is hope. Your presence is love. That the things of this world, as it comes to try to link itself and knock them off course, they usually get loud before the breakthrough to distract them, to say you're not good enough or you're not capable enough. I'm praying, Father, right now that you bring them back to the feet of Jesus, that they Renew their mind, and that if there's something that they need to do to break through this problem, whatever that is, Father, allow them to step into it in faith and allow them to speak the things that they have to speak and allow them to act the things they have to act out or pray the things they have to pray. So Father, let them understand that you are a good dad, a good father, that Jesus is a perfect brother, their Lord and Savior, their Redeemer. Their high priest, their wonderful counselor, their mighty God—all of these beautiful things allow them to come back to the feet of Jesus to spend time with you. Allow them to dive into your word. Allow them to experience the fullness of what you have for them today, so that they can receive all the things that you have promised them, and they can walk life out completely and totally dominant. I pray. All of this in the most holy name of Jesus. I know that, um, if you received that prayer, I want you to comment the things that God is talking to you about today, because God loves you and God wants to have a relationship with you, and that the power of the blood of Jesus was designed specifically to restore you back to those promises, to restore you back into the royal places that God Has assigned you, hidden in Christ Jesus. We know the Bible says that we have all the blessings in the heavenly places in Christ, and we know we're operating under an open heaven because when the Holy Spirit descended on Jesus, heaven was torn open, but it was never closed. And Jesus then said later that whatever you loose in heaven will now be loosed on earth. So we have the perfect recipe to be able to pull these blessings down. And I pray that you pray and you declare and you decree and you walk these things out in faith, and know that by faith that you will receive these things, because faith is a real substance, that you can receive these things in the space that God operates in, because you know that you will understand through your spiritual eyes the things that God wants you to do, and you won't be paying attention to your physical eyes because that's what the world is distracting you with.
