In this extended devotional video, the speaker shares a personal revelation received on January 1 that declares 2023 as a Year of Freedom and Victory. He emphasizes that focusing on God—seeking His kingdom first and aligning thoughts with Him—leads to living in freedom and triumph. Drawing on Isaiah 6:3 and Exodus 33:18, he explains that God’s glory permeates all creation, and believers must actively seek it in everyday life. The speaker introduces the concept of operating “untethered,” breaking free from rigid routines, religious mindsets, and habitual patterns that keep believers in a spiritual rut. He illustrates this with practical examples such as trying different coffees, meals, travel, and observing nature’s varied beauty, arguing that each diverse experience reveals God’s glory. The message concludes with a call to daily prayer, intentional exploration of God’s creation, and sharing these moments with others to deepen relationships with God and encourage community worship.

Hello everyone, I'm hoping you're having a great day today. So I'm going to be putting together this video, is going to be a little bit longer than I normally do with my typical day-to-day videos because this is an extended one to talk about the revelation of God that gave me on January 1st that was then coupled with additional word from other members of the body of Christ that kind of gives us a fuller picture of what 2023 looks like. And then On top of that, I'm going to couple it with another revelation that God gave me today that kind of pulls together some of the things that he was talking about. And I'm hopeful that it'll bless you because it is a very powerful word. So please take the time to listen to this video. It is going to be a little longer, and I hope it blesses you. So in talking with the prophecy, one of the things the Lord gave me this year is that he said that this year is going to be the year of freedom. And when you couple that with the other things that I just mentioned is what we are also seeing is this year is also going to be the year of victory. And what God is saying is you have to focus on me. You have to put your perspective, your thoughts, everything that you want into focusing on him. It's no different than the Bible verse that talks about seek ye first the kingdom and everything will be added unto you. You know, the kingdom and his righteousness. Because at this point, when you're focused on God, You start to walk in victory. You walk in total freedom. And so this is really important because this sets the stage for what happened today. So I was driving today and I was going past, there's this new coffee shop in town, and I was thinking, oh, I'm not really sure I should get coffee. I'm on a Daniel Fast and I'm not really sure I'm going to be able to have coffee because I don't know if they'll have sugar in it, if they'll have creamer. You know, it's not going to fit the Daniel Fast that I'm on for the next 3 weeks. And so the Holy Spirit spoke super clear to me and said, well, you pray Isaiah 6:3 and basically Exodus 33:18. And these 2 verses, and I'll paraphrase a little bit, is, uh, holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty. Heaven and earth are filled with your glory. The universe, basically. And then Exodus, Moses is talking to God saying, reveal your glory to me. reveal it, because his glory is his personality. It's who he is. That's who you seek. And the Holy Spirit is saying, like, look, you pray these 2 verses every single day. Why aren't you experiencing coffee? And then he said, if God's glory is in all things, then that's how you see his glory. You actually have to go out and seek it. So he was saying things like, hey, if God's out there, experience different coffees, different— experience different restaurants. different meals on a day-to-day basis. And I got to think, like, wow, here I am going throughout life and I'm in a rut, and I'm not experiencing God's glory because I'm not experiencing the diversity of life and who he is. Because in order for me to seek him out, I actually have to enjoy the things that he has provided. And so One of the things that I realized is I have to operate untethered. This is a key concept here, is operating untethered. And why is that important? Because when you're operating untethered, you're not bound to this religious mindset, this workout mindset, this routine mindset, these things where you can trap yourself in your day-to-day. You're in this situation where you're chasing the same thing. You get up, You go to the same restaurant. Maybe you go to Starbucks for coffee. Maybe you go to McDonald's for a meal. Dunkin' Donuts. There's so many different things that people do in the morning. Maybe the same lunch place every time you guys have lunch at work or at home. And so what you start to see is, is that this routine becomes stuck in this rut. And what happens is, is that you can't experience God's glory. You can't because you're doing the same thing over and over again. But God is in all things. So if you decide to say, for example, I want to go out and experience different kinds of coffee every single day, in time, without pushing yourself, you will experience God's glory through all these different flavors and all these different recipes that you can make in coffee. It's a simple example. We can apply that to anything. We can apply that to breakfast. We can apply that to travel. We can apply that to just walking around and looking at the plants and the animals, the flowers, and just looking at the intricate glory of God and in his creation. And so as you go through— and I know this is a little longer video— but one of the things that you look at is when you are seeking God, you're gonna live in freedom, you're gonna live in victory. And so when you seek him out, you're going to seek him out everywhere. You'll see them in the trees, in the sky. You won't see the same sunset every single day. The cloud formations are always different. Even if the, the sky is clear, the angle of the sun, the colors, the atmospheric conditions are always different. There is never the same sunrise or sunset ever in your entire life. The thousands or tens of thousands of sunrises and sunsets you'll see, they'll never be the same. And so, think about that. Live untethered. Seek God and His glory. Seek His kingdom and His righteousness. It's already out there. It's in front of you. Chase it. Because you don't actually have to travel the world to see it, although that would be an awesome thing if you can afford it and have the time to do it. And if you do, I highly recommend it. So, go out there and experience His glory. See the trees. See the birds. See the birds. See the water, see the waterfalls, see the mountains. Go experience the snow, go experience the beaches. Find it all. God's there. Find him. And in every single moment, glorify him, because that is what he wants you to do. And that will help you understand the magnitude of our God, and it'll really build your relationship more and more, because he'll reveal more and more of him. In each moment, and then you can share those moments with others, and we can all glorify God. I hope this message— again, this message is a little long. I hope it blesses you, and if it does, please share it with some folks, and have a great day.
