SECRET Revelation Knowledge

John Humenik teaches four pillars for living victoriously as a Christian: righteous living, worship, studying Scripture, and listening prayer. He emphasizes "secret revelation knowledge," a supernatural insight received through daily appointed times of prayer where you write down what God tells you, then align it with Scripture and act on it. Faith activates this revelation, and without it, Humenik warns, comes spiritual death.

And you know that what it says is the history makers are note-takers. So I'm going to cover 4 primary principles for you today, and I call them the 4 pillars of Christianity. So let's talk about those key principles. So number one is righteous living, a holy life. And I want to talk about this one first because it's very powerful. Because even as a Christian, one of the most powerful aspects of being a Christian is allowing yourself to walk out really, really powerfully. A sinful life really depowers a Christian. It allows you not to walk in the anointing, in your giftings, in your blessings. God can't bless a person who is still living with the secret sin. God can't bless a person who's struggling to accept man as an opportunity to be felt included, or a person that even serves money. Think about it from God's perspective. He wants you to trust him wholly. And whenever you try to do that, what it does is it puts you in a posture of hope that sets you apart from others. And that's where God wants you to be. That's so important because when you're operating in that kingdom mentality, you're now able to function fully throughout the world, and you're now able to receive the things God wants you to receive because you're not living for people, you're not living for yourself, but you're living for him. So righteous living is a very key principle, and we're going to talk about how you do that in the context of overall revelation, because righteous living is not just following the biblical narrative on your life. Because what you see is, is when you're walking out a holy life, you have to understand that there's aspects that God is going to call you into that you may not be comfortable stepping into. Living a righteous life requires you to have revelation knowledge. How do you have revelation knowledge? How do you get that out of the things that you're trying to accomplish? But we're going to talk about that in great detail today. So the second principle about the One of the 4 pillars of Christianity is worship. And when you're living a dominating life, you have a vibrant worship life, but not just at church. Remember, worship is a lot of aspects. We know prayer is a form of worship. We know giving is another form of worship. This is why when you look at other religions, especially those that include the saints in the mix— and we're not just talking about Catholics and Orthodox, because there's a lot of groups that pray to saints as a part of their, their, their culture. But guess what? We know that's idolatry because we know prayer is a form of worship. But worship isn't limited to Sunday mornings. It's not limited to a Wednesday evening service. Worship is an act of obedience before God. It's living life righteously and knowing that you're going to walk out the very things God wants you to walk out, as well as Singing to him, praising him, giving him the glory because he's the one that deserves it. When you understand the effort that God has went into to put you in a position of success and knock out all the bondages and set you free and make your body healthy and, and give you provisions so you can pay your bills, you can't do anything but worship him because that's who he is. He's the great Provider. He's the one that sets the captives free. He's the one that breathes truth into your life. He's the one that does all these beautiful things because he loves you. And there's nothing, no one, there's no authority, no power in heaven, on earth, or below the earth that can separate you from God's love. And so worship is your outward action to be able to commune with God. But we know worship comes with a great price that God gives you. It's not something that costs you anything. It's a gift because God inhabits the praises of his people. When God inhabits the praises of his people, guess what happens? You get joy that blows away anxiety. If you're struggling with something in your mind and you can't accept it, your life needs to be a dominating life. You need to have a positive outlook. throughout every single day. When a storm comes up, you just got to have that peace that passes understanding so that you can move forward. But those things come from God's presence. Worship allows you to enter in God's presence in a powerful way and unlocks truth that you have. But again, when it comes to revelation knowledge, worship doesn't actually show you those things. And so as we're continuing on these 4 pillars, we're on number 2. It— what you start to understand is, is that worship unlocks a lot of the things that you need to experience. But guess what happens? That isn't exactly the path that God shows you where you need to go. Worship is for God as much as it is for you. But when you look at how you understand the secret revelation of where God wants you to go, that isn't found in worship. As, as difficult as that may sound, it's not. So let's head over to number 3, reading the word and studying the word. So when you understand the word of God, you can really start to unlock a ton of stuff in your life. But one of the things the word of God doesn't answer— so think about it, when you read the word of God, does it tell you where to live? Think about it. Does the word of God tell you who to marry? Does the word of God tell you where to work and to what degree you should work? What specific area you should work, what talents you should be doing. The, the Bible unlocks a ton of truths. It's amazing. It sets you on a rock that can't be budged. It puts you on the foundation of Jesus Christ where no storm can knock you off. And the Bible is the bedrock. It allows you to understand God's purpose for you in your life across many aspects, but it doesn't give you the one thing that you need, which is specific instruction in your life throughout the day-to-day. You're probably wondering like, well, how do we get that? Where do we go? Because those things, for the most part, is unlocked in the Bible, but not everything. And so this is where Christians really struggle with your life. This is the whole point of this teaching, is to show you how to get into the presence of God in a way where you can unlock the truth the greater truth in your life. And you need to know that because how are you going to operate with your daily bread? Think about it from the perspective of how God operates. What is your daily bread? Imagine picturing yourself, picture yourself in the situation where Moses was, where he was wandering 40 years in a desert. He didn't have the Bible. He literally wrote the 4, the first 5 books of the Bible. He didn't have it. So how did Moses have all of this revelation knowledge about what to do, where to go, how to do it, and understand all those nuances? We're about to unlock that in a really powerful way. So let's talk about the 4th pillar of Christianity, and this is where we're going to start to move in a direction that allows you to operate in secret revelation knowledge, and that's through prayer. But when you understand prayer, we understand that there's different aspects of prayer. There is prayers of supplication where you're praying for specific things. Maybe you're interceding for someone, or you're praying for someone's salvation, or you're praying for God's glory and you're praying to manifest himself, or you're praying for certain things to come into being so that you can break through the bondages of either generational issues, It may be issues in your life. You may be praying for a boss to get saved or to be able to formulate a plan for the future. Prayer is very vast and very powerful because that puts you in the seat next to God, literally in Christ, because remember, we're seated in Christ. So prayer allows you to go into that throne room and sit next to Jesus Christ and When you're sitting in Christ— actually, sorry, sorry, you're sitting in Christ next to the Father— what happens is now you get to build a relationship with the one who intimately loves you. But that doesn't necessarily unlock revelation knowledge, because what happens is in prayer, what happens most people do is they go into their prayer closet and they start having a one-way conversation. Think about that. If you picked up the phone call, picked up a phone, and you started talking to a friend, And you spoke to your friend for 10 minutes and then hung up, you wouldn't have that friend hanging out with you too much longer because they would think, wow, how am I supposed to have a conversation? It's supposed to be a two-way street. When someone's praying, they're not getting into that aspect of where you're trying to operate correctly. So the question that I'm going to pose to the group here, everyone that's watching this video, is how do you get into the perfect will of God on your life? How do you stay in that perfect will? Because we're all unique in our giftings. We're all unique in where we're at in life, where we're at financially, where we're at spiritually, where we're at health-wise, how we have our ministries, our work, our communities. But how do you get there? How do you get this revelation knowledge that puts you in a position that allows you to walk in God's perfect will in your life? Well, the answer is very simple, but it is actually straightforward. But many people don't do it because they, they truly believe they don't hear the voice of God. So listening prayer answers this problem, and we're going to spend the entire teaching on this because I'm going to help you unlock how you understand listening prayer in your life so that when you understand what God does through listening— you listening to him, not him listening to you— you will unlock the mysteries of your life. Not only will you unlock the mysteries God's going to challenge you and put you in positions where you get out of your comfort zone and push you into an area that he's graced you for. And when he's graced you for it, it allows you to operate in spaces you may not think possible in the natural. But guess what? In the super, it's already released. It's already done. And all you have to do is meet him there. Think about it from the perspective of Abraham and Isaac. This is a beautiful story. Abraham was told by God to leave his people, to go into a land that wasn't his until God gave it to him. So Abraham immediately picked up all the people he had, all the cattle he had, which was a ton of stuff, and he just straight up moved across the desert because listening to God. So then he also says, I'm going to build an amazing nation, a nation that is countless, countless than the stars. How is he going to do that? Abraham at this time is 75 years old. He thinks his body is dead. His wife, well, his wife Sarai, as was technically was called Abram at the time, her body is dead. He's like, how am I going to have a nation come through me? But God promised him that. We know within from 75 to 100 years, that's when Abraham got the fulfillment of his promise and he had Isaac. And guess what happens before Isaac fully matures? Or we think he may be a young man at this time. It depends on the timing. God asks him to sacrifice him. Think about that. So how does Abraham know this situation is the perfect will of God for him? God just told him before, spent years prepping him to have a son, and then he goes, tells him, go sacrifice your son on the mountain. Now Abraham doesn't hesitate because he reasoned— because the Bible says this— he reasoned that God had the power to resurrect Isaac. So what does he do? He doesn't tell Sarah, his wife, that's going to happen because, you know, he doesn't want The, the flak that he'll get from the missus. And so he leaves, he leaves, and he goes to the top of Mount Moriah to sacrifice his son. And the action so moves God that what it does is that he says, okay, now I'm going to re-establish the blessing that I had in Adam in you and into the earth. We know that blessing carries over to Christ and that everyone that's in Christ receives that blessing. So all the blessings that apply in the Bible from the entire Bible apply to those who are in Christ. But how would you know that? How did Abraham know that God was going to deliver Isaac from the, the basically the blade that he was going to do it? So there's an element of faith there. But God just gave him the destination. He didn't give him the process. That's the key part. And one of the things that we can unlock is that we have to understand the context and how God operates. Because God is not going to give you a step-by-step plan in your life. What he'll do is he may give you revelation knowledge that will allow you to see the destination, but he's not going to tell you the steps until you make one. And then he's going to tell you the second one, and then he's going to tell you the third one. So what happens is, is listening prayer unlocks the gap that from revelation and prophecy to your day-to-day walk with Christ. And this is why it's important. Because what listening prayer does allows you to do something that regular prayer doesn't, is you can ask God questions. You can ask God hard questions, knowing when to pray, when to declare, and when to act. This is key because a lot of people get confused with what prayer is and what declaration is and what action is. And I want to make sure you understand, when you look at how Christ operated in the New Testament, Did you see Christ pray to the Father for healing? Did you see Christ declare healing? When you see healing across the New Testament with the Holy Spirit, you see declaration after declaration after declaration. When Peter saw— Peter and John at the Gate of Beautiful, when they see the invalid, this, this person who's crippled, what does Peter say? He doesn't kneel down and pray to Jesus. He says, silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have in the name of Jesus Christ, get up and walk. It's declaration. And so when you see that and you understand that there's a nuance here, God is going to teach you when to pray to him, when to declare, and when to just walk it out. And you need that revelation knowledge because you get that from listening prayer. And you only get that when you sit in the secret place and listen to God. Because at the end of the day, what's going to happen in this moment? Is you're going to start to believe in the crazy unbelievable. That's where God is when you're operating in the heavenlies and you're seated in Christ. Remember, when you're in heaven, there is nothing that's impossible with God. There's nothing. Because remember, he created this universe out of nothing, basically pouring it out of himself into this space. So if he can create a universe in 6 days with just his words and then basically form humans with his breath, What can he do in his situation if you operate in that same place? Is there— is nothing. There is nothing. There's nothing that can't be done. There is just miracle after miracle after miracle. Because what happens is you're starting to think and you declare the impossible. And then what happens is God levels you up, and then it happens to the next level. And what you do is you repeat the cycle over and over again, and now you're operating from faith to faith and glory to glory. This is the powerful mechanism that God puts you in. So how do we get into this place? How do we understand this? How do we move into this place? Well, we've got to start with John chapter 10, verse 27. And I want everyone that watches this video to, to understand that this verse is true for you, not for me, but for you and for everyone. This is so important. Get this in your spirit. Study this verse because This verse unlocks the entire thing. It says, my sheep— this is Jesus talking— my sheep listen to my voice. I know them and they follow me. Think about that. It says, my sheep listen to my voice. I know them and they follow me. It doesn't say they listen to my, uh, all these different things. It doesn't say, hey, you get an email, or hey, I'm just talking to you in your devotional, or hey, I'm talking to you from your Bible, or hey, I'm talking to you through a different person. God has a ton of ways, ton of ways to express himself to you. Absolutely a ton. But this is really clear. It says his voice, which means when you're in listening prayer, when you're in the secret place, and we're going to go over all those details here in about a second. When you're in this secret place with God, you can literally hear him talk to you. I want you to get that in your spirit. You have to understand. You have to believe it that you yourself. Can hear my Father in heaven. I can hear my brother in heaven. I can hear my best friend, the Holy Spirit, my Lord, talking to me with an inner voice. You have to believe that, because if you don't believe that, you have to get over that hump, because that's the truth you have to start with. Because when you start with this, this literally— this is the first step, is you have to understand that God talks to you. He talks to you through the Bible. He talks to you through other people. He talks to you through these other different ways. where he'll— you might be traveling and you'll see something highlighted. Maybe a person gets highlighted. Maybe you're a visionary person where you can see part of the spiritual world overlaid on the physical. God still talks to you by speaking, just like I'm talking to you now. So how do you do that? Number one is you got to set an appointed time every single day. I'm telling you right now, this is the most important thing. You must set an appointed time where you meet with God. You have to do that because what happens— look in Genesis chapter 3, verses 8 through 9. This is in the garden, so we know there's an appointed time before Adam and Eve fall because listen to what it says. It says, then the man Adam and his wife Eve heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. But the Lord God called out to the man, where are you? So think about this. Why is God calling out to Adam? Where are you? Because he had an appointed time to have a conversation with Adam. Every single day, the Lord God met and talked with Adam face to face. That's what he did. And so this is very important because you must set a prayer appointment that you can meet. My recommendation, what I would do and what I, what I would recommend you do and what I do is it's got to be basically the first thing you do in the morning. What I do is I actually set my cell phone on the other side of the house. I charge it like literally like many, many feet away to the point where I have to actually do a bunch of things to get to the phone so I don't get distracted by my phone. What I do is I have my notepad and my journal right next to me in bed when I first wake up as I'm talking to God. I'm starting my listening prayer the very first thing I do, because I know that if I do that, my entire day is set. My recommendation, if you have study time, go ahead and do it. Now, I know a lot of people love to use devotionals, and I know there's folks on this livestream that use it. And I would recommend, if you, if you need something to swap out, the devotional time is key. If you're pressed for time in the morning, I would set aside your devotions. And focus on the listening prayer. Because the reality is, is the most important thing to understand is devotions is not reading the word of God. It's reading someone's interpretation of the word of God. And while that's good, it is really truly for people that are continuing to grow in Christ. When you're mature in God, you don't ever need devotions. I don't use devotions. I know the people that I work with and I talk with that are walking on fire with God, if they have devotions, It is something that's additive, not something that replaces things. It doesn't replace your Bible study, doesn't replace your listening prayer. So my recommendation for those who want to start, if you're doing devotional time, set that aside, even if you do it just for 30 days, and take that time. Take 10, 15, 20 minutes, sit there and talk to God and say, God, what do you want me to do today? God, what problems do you see that I need to fix in my life? God, What do you think about me? Wow, you want to talk about a powerful question to ask him? Go ahead and ask him that. Go ahead, ask your Heavenly Father how he thinks about you and watch the vivid imagery pour into your mind. Watch the words and the emotion and the feeling and all that stuff swell up inside you because he loves you in a way that we can't even count. So when you do that, you start to unlock the very thing God wants you to do is now you truly have a relationship with him. And I tell you, it's very important. Write down the time, where you're at, any emotion you're feeling, and just start writing every single thing you hear, every single thing you see, every single thing you feel, every single thing you smell, everything. Write it all down. Journal it. This is so important because now what happens is you're starting to interact with the Father like you're interacting with someone here. Imagine if you had a chance to spend time with a spiritual mentor. or father, maybe if you had an opportunity to get to talk to someone that maybe had passed away and God gave you a chance to have a conversation with them one last time, and he was going to grant you that. Technically, we see that in the Bible when Saul summons Samuel up. He had one last conversation before Saul died with Samuel, and all Samuel did is said, you're going to die tomorrow. But that aside, biblically speaking, if God said, hey, I'm going to give you a chance to talk to one person that is no longer with you for 5 minutes, wouldn't you do your best to write down every single word? Now imagine that now you're with the King of the universe in that motion and opportunity for him to pour into you. You want to write it down because it's so important. Okay, that's so key. Now, number 2 in this whole walk is you got to ascend. And I want to explain what that means, because in the powerful Habakkuk chapter 2, it actually explains the things that you have to do. So one, you have to have an appointed time. It's key. You got to have a time where God's going to meet you. We see that in Genesis, but we also see this ascend topic. So what does that mean? Let's, let's go into Habakkuk chapter 2, verse 1, and see what the prophet does. And he says, I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts. Really straightforward verse, and you would overlook it if you didn't understand the importance of it. So what Habakkuk does is he was truly a watchman on a wall. Literally, he was a person that would scale the wall and watch the enemy from afar to see if they're going to attack him. That's what he did. But that was his prayer time. So what he did is he actually ascended, literally ascended to a place where it was quiet and he could just hear God. And that's important because spiritually, remember, every single thing physically in the Bible has a spiritual connotation. It's a dual book. That's the key thing. This is why the Pharisees and religious people can't see it, because all they do is see the physical. They don't see the spiritual. In the spiritual realm, what God is saying is you must ascend. So you must envision yourself, literally envision yourself sitting in Christ, standing in the throne room. Picture, just picture a mountain that's— God's got on top of it where you can actually see him at a distance, but he's technically close. Kind of like almost like a zoom. Think about it. You're standing at the mountain and God's there, but he— even though he may be at a distance, he'll look like he's 30 feet away. But you picture yourself in the throne room of God, seated in Christ with the Father right here next to you, because you're ascending. So what you're doing is, is you're moving out of this physical realm into a spiritual realm. And that's what Habakkuk did physically. But spiritually, we do that. We see that because the veil is torn. So we know we can enter in. What does it say in Hebrews? Come boldly before the throne of grace. Well, how do you come boldly before the throne of grace if you can't envision yourself being there? Remember, you're seated in Christ. You're already there. So just put your mind there. Put your focus on Jesus. That's the key thing. You can't get knocked off the seat of Christ. No sin— when you're saved in Jesus, no sin is going to knock you off the throne. You're already there. So you just got to fix your gaze on him. That's what ascend means, is focus your attention on Jesus. So set your appointed time and focus your point on Jesus. So what happens next? This is so cool. God's going to show up because guess what? He's already there. So Psalm 22:3, what does it say? It says, yet you are enthroned as the Holy One. You are the one Israel praises. That's the truth. So what happens is when you have your appointed time and you focus on God and you're fixing your spiritual gaze, your mental gaze, your physical gaze on him. He's there. He's already waiting for you. He didn't leave you. He's now going to show up. And that's the beauty of it, because he's now going to start to talk to you. And at that point, we can continue with number 4. And that's actually Habakkuk chapter 2, verse 2, where we continue with the prophet, is now you got to write it down. Then the Lord replied, write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. So I'm going to go ahead and unpack this verse for you because it's really, really important to understand how to take notes when you're in the secret place with God. So the most important thing that you must understand is you have to write it so that it's plain and easy. Think about it from the perspective of you taking notes. You're not rushing through the conversation. This is important because when you're hearing God talk to you, you're going to try to note literally the words he says, the sentences, the paragraphs, all the things he's talking to you. But guess what? God talks, and you're most likely going to write slower than he talks. And so the first thing for people that walk into this place is they get nervous and they start messing up and they start scribbling all over the place. But guess what? God's going to stop talking so that you can write it down. He literally will do that. And even if he talks, he's going to bring it back to your remembrance. So remember, God knows you're human. He knows he has to pace himself in order for you to write it down. So it's very key as you're making these notes, you have to write it in a way that if you look at this note 6 months from now and you completely forgot about it, It should be crystal clear to what he's saying and how he says it. More than likely, if you just write what he says down correctly and good spelling and good writing, you'll be fine. But there may be context that he may give you in that moment that you know is happening, and the best thing is put additional notes around it. Maybe have in the corner where you're talking about, oh, this is in relation to this situation that's currently going on in my life. And so that when the future you look at it and he says it, it, it, you'll understand it. It— oh, this is a situation that's happening at work. That's what it means. And that's key because part of this revelation is a part— what God says in this verse is that you may give it to someone and they may run with it. This is a biblical concept for businesses because you want to make your vision plain so people can understand it, so they can execute your vision. This is the same thing. It's all wrapped up. There's so much in this verse that packs so much power, but the clear aspect is just make your notes clean. If your handwriting sucks, get better. That's just reality. Just keep writing until it gets better. If you don't like to handwrite, take the time to type it. Have a computer and type it, you know, your phone. These are so key. Take voice notes. There's all kinds of different ways to be able to do it, because then if you take a voice note, you could put in a transcription service for free and boom, spit out some text. There's so many different ways for you to be able to do this, but being a scribe, writing things down, is so powerful because what you can do is you can ask the Holy Spirit, these hands belong to you, Holy Spirit, write stuff down. And what happens is you can yield yourself to the point where you're listening to God and the Holy Spirit's writing, and you will literally unlock things that you could never thought possible. Because you can ask God the hard question that you know the answer to, and the Holy Spirit will actually write a different answer down than what you're thinking. And that's what you need to hear. That's the revelation, is you've got to be able to surrender yourself to the writing so that you can do it. And the more and more you do it, what'll happen is, is you'll start out writing things down. You may only be able to hear a sentence or a word or a color. That may be all you start with, but the more you yield, the more you press in, God's going to show up. He's going to respect what he's telling you because he knows you're going to take care of it. And it's so important. And I would definitely recommend for folks who takes a lot of notes that make sure you take pictures of it because you never know paper, how it gets destroyed, all kinds of things. If you have an e-tablet like a reMarkable, that's a great way because you can write down your notes and then back it up somewhere and you have access to it later. Especially with an ebook like that, because you can keep taking notes and you never run out of space. So that's so key. I can't stress enough the importance of doing that. So now we're going to step into number 5, and this is something that God recently unlocked in my life that I want to impart into yours. 1 Timothy chapter 1, verse 18. You must war with the word, and I'm going to talk to you about how to do that. It says, Timothy, my son, I'm giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them, you might fight the battle well. So what does this mean? War with the word. How do you recall them? So it's very important that God, when he's telling you things, he's never going to tell you something that contradicts The word of God. That's how you know when you start knowing these things. So when we go back to the four pillars, we know you've got to read the word. You got to know the word of God. You've got to have a vibrant prayer life, and this is an extension of that. You've got to have a vibrant worship life so God can show up and break off the garbage on your life because that's how he does it. He does that in worship, and he'll break off your illnesses too. You know, you're it's impossible for a Christian to be sick, yet we have so many that are sick. It's impossible for a Christian to be poor, yet we have so many that are poor. It's impossible for a Christian to be in spiritual bondage, but yet they're in spiritual bondage. Why? Because we don't worship God. You need to worship God. And when you do that and you live a righteous life, you create a— cultivate a culture in which you can walk in a dominating fashion. But what happens is, is that you have to war with the words that God's giving you With the scriptures so that they become powerful. Because what happens is there's 2 pieces that come into play: one, you, and 2, the enemy. And what happens is you have to fight you. We know that we have to sacrifice our will and our flesh every single day on the cross of Christ. We have to— we have to take the burden of yoke, chuck it into the sacrificial altar, and take on Jesus's burden. We just have to do that. Because we ourselves are going to get in the way of ourselves. We're going to doubt. We're not— because we're not seeing these things. Maybe something hasn't manifested itself. If you keep reading Habakkuk and you go into verse 3, it says that you must continue pressing in because it's an appointed time. It will not delay. It will show up. So what you have to do is you have to stand in that place of faith that this word that God spoke to you means something and actually will come to bear, because you have to believe it, because that's how it works. That's how Abraham got his promise. Abraham had to go to Mount Moriah, the same mountain Jesus died on, in order to receive his blessing. He had to, he had to go and almost sacrifice his son. And think about that. He had to go through that entire process in order to meet God at his blessing. Abraham had to war with the word that God did. He had to recall it. And fight the battle well. That's the key thing is when you're warring with the word, the best way to do this is when you have a word of God spoken over your life. What you do is you find four Bible verses, write them down next to the word God gives you, and start to pray it and start to declare it. You said, Father, that if I seek your kingdom and your righteousness, all of these things are going to be added unto me. And he knows that he's going to take care of you. So you know you can add on that God owns. The cattle on a thousand hills. That's verse number two. You know that his the silver is mine and the gold is mine. That's verse number three. You know the world is his and the earth is his footstool. Technically, that's four and five. So you can take those words and say when God gives you a word that you're going to have financial bounty, you can take the word that was spoken to you in your journal, and you can take those scriptures and you can keep praying. Father, you said in your word these things. You told me I'm going to have finances. You're going to tell me that my bills will get paid, that I'm supposed to be healthy, that I'm supposed to be spiritually free. I'm not supposed to have bad days. I'm not supposed to have good days. They're always great days. You said miracles, signs, and wonders follow those people that follow you. So you war with that word in prayer over and over again because you have to fight yourself. You have to, you have to speak life into yourself because you can never speak darkness. You can never say the things that you don't want to happen, because what will happen is what you say. Here's a perfect example on exactly this. So when the 12 spies were going up into the land with Moses, remember, so we're about 1 or 2 years after the Exodus. Every one of those people saw the mighty works of God. Literally, they saw the Red Sea split. They saw the 10 plagues. They saw Pharaoh die. And now they're in the wilderness. They see The water, they see the quail, they see the manna from heaven, their clothes aren't getting worn out, and now they're about to enter into Israel. And so Moses sends 12 spies. 2 come back and they say, hey, we can take this land. That's what we see. We see Joshua and Caleb saying, we can take this land, God surely will give it to us. Then we see the 10 spies. Saying, no, we can't go into this land. It's impossible. We're too— we're like grasshoppers to them. We can't go into the land. Guess what happened? Whatever the person spoke happened. Look at that. Caleb and Joshua went into the land and took it. Caleb, at 85 years old, takes the mountain of Judah, which I think, if I remember correctly, becomes the fortress of Jerusalem. Okay, so what they said came to pass. The 10 spies said, we can't do it. Guess what happens? It came to pass. So when you're warring with the words, you have to understand is what you are speaking will come to pass. So if you're speaking death over yourself, if you're speaking doubt over yourself, if you're speaking, hey, my day was not that great, guess what? That's going to come to pass. You can't ever say those things because God wants you to say, even in spite of those things, He wants you to speak life, and he wants to speak life abundantly into you. So when you're warring with the word, you're warring the positive aspects, the things God has spoken into you. So what happens is you have to understand where all of this comes from is your faith. Because when you're operating in prayer and you're operating these things and you're warring with the word, you're only able to operate by the breath of your faith. And that's key. And what we see that is in Romans chapter 12, verse 3. It says, for I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. When you see this in the Hebrew— I'm actually technically the Greece— Greek, sorry. It's Metron. So metron is the space in which you are allowed to operate and declare and decree and believe. And the more faith you have, the greater your metron. And we know how to grow your faith. You grow your faith by hearing the word about Christ. So the more you read the Bible, the more you listen to the Bible, your faith will grow. This is why it's so key. This is why I said about the devotionals earlier. If you are reading and listening to devotionals and reading and listening to podcasts that aren't the Bible, your faith is not growing. This is the key distinction. I want to make sure again, I'm not against devotionals. I'm not against listening to Spirit-filled people. Those things have their place, but you must have a vibrant Bible life in order for your faith to grow. And the more that vibrancy grows, The more faith you happen to develop in your life. So you'll see people that struggle, Christians that struggle in their walk. I can ask them, what are you doing? And they'll say, hey, I'm praying to God occasionally. I don't really talk to him that much. I don't really worship him, but I read a lot of devotionals and I watch a lot of videos. The very things you're not supposed to do. You have to do the things that you're doing because when you are dealing with your metron, which powers everything in this world is faith, is the currency of heaven. You must have the word of God in you. You must grow. That's why God talks about praying in tongues, and praying in tongues allows you to be edified, allows those things to come alive, and allows these things to flow. And that's why it's so critical to be in the spot, because when you're warring with the word, when you're doing the 5 things that we talked about earlier, your Metron completely dictates whether or not things come to be, because God said it. Jesus said, if you have the faith of a mustard seed— and we're talking about something that's maybe a millimeter in, in size— you can tell the mountain— not pray to the mountain— you can tell the mountain to move, and it'll move. And that's what God wants you to do, is when you're starting to understand these things, this is what revelation knowledge is. It's God Pouring into you words that you can't believe. This is the key. This is the secret to revelation knowledge, because when you're in the secret place with God, God's going to tell you stuff that you can't believe. I'm telling you, this is how it's going to work. He's going to tell you to do things you can't believe. He's going to tell you things that you don't want to do. He's going to tell you things that you think, I can't accomplish these things. And if your faith isn't where it is— needs to be. It won't get done. You won't even pray over it. You'll think this is crazy. When God started us on this social media ministry, he told us to give up what we were doing. He literally told me, I want you to give up 100% of your personal ministries to me in order for me to give you this thing. I don't know if you— if you read the Bible like I do, there's nowhere in the Bible that will prepare you for a statement like that. I mean, I could sit in prayer. I can worship all my time. I could walk a righteous life. I could do all the things I talked about, but not having this secret revelation knowledge, you can't make a leap of faith like that because you just don't know how it will work out. But I knew that my God is the God of the impossible. I knew my God was speaking to me clearly. I just had to reconcile. Okay. He's telling me to give up all these personal ministries. I had 5 Bible studies, 5 Bible studies that ran for years. I had an online ministry that was really cool and doing a lot of cool stuff. I had to give that up. The, the other online ministry that we were working on, he had to change it and revolutionize it. And once I yielded to him correctly and understood that this is what he wanted in my life, I warred with that word. I fought with it and believed in it and had the faith to walk it out. He not only blessed it, he graced it, he anointed it, and it is completely, totally on fire, all because of him. But that's the key part. And I really want everyone to understand, you can get great revelation knowledge in your life, but if you don't have the faith to walk it out, it's not worth anything to you. It's not worth the paper that you just wrote it on. You have to have the faith to walk out the things God wants you to do, because if you don't, you can't accomplish the work that he wants you to accomplish because you'll be afraid. You'll be afraid of man. You'll be afraid of the enemy. You'll be afraid you can't afford it. What my family will think about this. One of the things happened when we moved from the Northeast to the Southeast. Every one of our family members fought with us. They were all— I think other than possibly my brother, everyone vilified us. Because they were only thinking about themselves. And that's the reality, is people are very self-centered because they're like, well, you're moving away. Why would you do that? You've— you were born here, you raised here, your whole family is here, you went to school here, your jobs are here. But God called us to a greater place. And he said in his Bible, when you leave everything behind, including mother and father, he's going to bless you abundantly. And he did just that. But in order to walk out those things, when you hear those revolutionary words that just shock your system and you're like, I can't accept this, but I know that I have the faith to walk it out, it's going to change your life. And that's why it's so critical to have these things. I'm explaining these things in the orders for you to receive it in a way that you can allow yourself to be empowered and grow and be able to receive what God wants for you. Because this is how you get in the perfect will of God, this is how you stay in the perfect will of God, and this is how you grow in the perfect will of God. Because that's what he wants. So let's continue. Romans chapter 10, verse 17: Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard Through the word about Christ. Super important. We talked about this. It's key because you must get the word in you. But the key part that I really want to impart upon you, you know, hearing this, this verse is, is that you must retain the word. You can't just be entertainers of the word. This is not like a TV show where you're like, hey, look at this cool story of David versus Goliath. And hey, this cool story of Boaz, and oh, all of these beautiful things about the prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah. Boy, they went through some tough times. And oh, look at this revelation that John's talking about a dragon and all these things. It's this is incredible. That's not how the Bible works. It's so important to retain it because those are real people that went through real situations. For you to relate, in order for you to understand that the Bible is a love story to you. And it's so key. You have to retain that knowledge. But that's just the start. See, what I've done is I've positioned you properly. So now what I want to do is pivot a little bit, is I've got you in a place where you're now going to have an appointed time with God. Correct. We're going to go through and set aside a time Where you can meet God. You're going to go into a place where you can ascend. You're going to basically know, hey, I'm seated in spiritual places, high places above all things. Okay, I know my Father's going to show up. I'm going to write it down, and then I'm going to war with it. It's so important. And you know you're going to read the Word of God, and you're going to grow in your faith, so that when he tells you crazy things, you're going to realize they're not so crazy because God said it. He said it in his Word. He said. I will tell you something, but you won't believe me. Even if I told you, you won't think it'll happen. And so it's there. And that actually occurred— if you're looking it up, that actually occurred when the Israelites were about to go into Babylon. So God will tell you things. You're like, this is insane. This is not possible. This can't possibly be God. But when you've got the metron of faith that's at the correct level, you will receive anything from God. And you're just like, okay, let's just go walk this out. It's key. And you won't let anyone deter you from it. Not your spouse, not your friends, not your family, not your work, not even your church. You won't let anything stop you. So how do you continue to do this? Is this is key. And so we have to see that these visions and revelations are a core part of your life. I want you to make sure you understand that this is not something that's optional. This is the key part, is people will think, oh, I can go through life just praying to God and just walking away. No, no. Proverbs chapter 29:18 says otherwise. Listen to this. This is key. Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint. But blessed is the one who heeds wisdom's instruction. I want you to hear this. Hear the next verse. Okay. In the King James Version. Right. This is where it really gets powerful. It says where there is no vision, The people perish, but those that keepeth the law, happy is he. Think about that. God isn't saying that this secret revelation that we're talking about today is optional. He's saying it's required because you'll literally die. Now, the next verse is really powerful because a lot of people know this one from Hosea chapter 4:6, because knowledge is needed. He says, my people are destroyed from a lack of knowledge because you have rejected knowledge. I also reject you as my priest because you have ignored the law of your God, and I will also ignore your children. So let's rewind this a little bit. Okay, so we got Proverbs chapter 29, verses 18, saying where there's no vision, people die. We've got Hosea chapter 4, verse 6, saying people are destroyed by a lack of knowledge. And then guess what? He goes on to say, I'm going to just, you know, I'm going to ignore your kids too and reject them. So think about this. So now we're at a point where like, oh, wait a minute. Oh, this secret revelation knowledge, this is not an optional thing. This is something that you must do. And this is the difference between an on-fire Christian And an on-fire Christian that's dominating the world. I just want to make sure you understand there are so many Christians out there that are walking in defeat. They're broke, they're sick, they're in spiritual bondage, and they stay that way till they're dead. And the reason being is because they have no vision and they have no knowledge. God doesn't say knowledge is enough. God doesn't say vision is enough. You need both. You need both. Because if you don't know what you're doing and you don't have a direction in which you're going, because that's what those 2 things are, is the knowing and the direction, you can't accomplish anything. You'll just end up wandering around reading the Bible and trying to understand the concept of your life. But you'll end up on basically the hamster wheel that Satan puts you on and keeps you busy. Here's how you know you're on the hamster wheel. That Satan got you on is that you can't take on something else in your life. That's how you know that God is not anointing the things you're doing. When you are so busy with your work that you can't take on another thing, because God would never give you that much work because he wants you to have a Sabbath. He wants you to have vacation. He wants you to have this vibrant prayer life. He wants you to spend time with your family, and he wants to spend time with your friends. With your church. If you are working so much that you do not have time to pick up something else right now, I'm telling you as your best friend, as a brother in Christ, that you're on the hamster wheel that Satan put you on and you don't even realize it. That's how I know that you're not listening to the things God has you, because God never basically boxes out your time to that point. He never maximizes your time. Now, there may be a season when you have to put a little bit more energy into the things you do. Like a harvest time season, and there is. So people have— if you're into finances, you know tax season comes along, but it's not a perpetual thing. If you are constantly being busy where you can't engage these core aspects of your life, then you're on the hamster wheel Satan got you because you're not hearing the vision and the knowledge God is giving you. And how do you do that? You get in your prayer closet, ask God tough questions. Sit there and write the answer, and then have the faith to walk it out. And that's key because here's the real— here's the reality. Okay, let's go to James chapter 4, uh, verses 2 to 3. Let's look at this, and this is key because it is going to set you free. Is you desire but you do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want. So you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God, and when you ask, you do not receive because you ask with the wrong motives—that you may spread, you may spend it on what you pleasure. How powerful is that? Think about that. If you want something, you ask God with the right motives. It's it's that's the reality, and people don't know that they have to pray. This is the essence of prayer. This is the essence of prayer, is giving up to God your requests, your petitions, your intercessions, so that God can answer you. Think about it from a perspective. If you have a coworker that utterly despises you, makes your life miserable, and you have 2 options to pray: Father, I want them taken out of my life. I want you to punish them because I've treated them good, but all they've done is harm me. Think about that prayer. Or you say, Father, bring them salvation so that the fire of the Lord, the Holy Spirit, will come in them and they'll walk in your holiness. Which prayer do you think God's going to listen to? Think about that. Because if you'd ask for the second one, God will not only bless you and bless them, but guess what? They'll— that whole relationship will be transformed in a way that it becomes an asset to you going forward. But when you ask for things from the wrong posture of heart, in some instances, depending on God's will, because you may be in God's permissible will, you may get that. And so again, be careful what you ask for because you just might get it. But the reality is, is that when you ask with the correct motives and understand the word of God for you and your— basically your friends, your families, and even your enemies, Because that's what Jesus says, pray for your enemies. When you do those things and you do it with the right heart, you get those things. God's going to open those things up because remember, just remember, this is a nothing act for God to do something. It is. It's— that's just reality. It is a nothing act for him to do that. And so it's so important that you, when you're praying for things, that you understand that that's what God's going to give you. It's so important. That's key. So you have to ask, because otherwise you're not going to get it. If you want good health, you're going to have to declare good health. If you want finances, you're going to have to act it out. If you want people to get saved, you're going to have to pray for them, because you can't bring anyone to salvation no matter how hard you try, but you can pray and have the Holy Spirit do a mighty work in them. And that's the key. You got to ask. You got to open your mouth because if you want something, more than likely, if you're in the right posture of heart, your Father put that in your mind and in your heart, and he wants you to ask him for it. And so that's key. But here's number 2. So we got— you got that key is you got to ask. And then the next one is declaration. This is really powerful. Matthew 7:7. Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you'll find it. Knock, and the door will be opened to you. This is important because this is actually three actions. He's saying ask—that's the prayer piece. Seek, and you'll find it—that's the action piece. And then the door will be opened to you. There's the declaration piece. When when you understand how God operates. Is, is that he has delegated dominion, power, and authority to his children. You're a prince and a princess in the kingdom of God. So there's natures, right? You've got the priestly nature, which is the prayer side, which is the intercessory side, which is those listening prayer. It's all the things we've talked about. But then there's your kingly and queenly nature, where you have to declare these things to come into being. You have to. That's why Jesus said— he didn't say pray to the mountain. He said speak to the mountain. When Jesus cursed the fig tree, he spoke to it. He didn't pray to God, strike this fig tree down. He didn't say anything like that. He just spoke to it. Let never— let no one ever eat fruit from you again. When the Romans and the high priest brought all those soldiers into the garden, To arrest Jesus, he said, "I am he." And what happened? The entire regiment fell to the ground. That's a declaration. That's the key part. You have to declare these things; otherwise, they don't come to pass because God is giving you the authority to speak these things into existence. Because remember, we're we have creative power. Now, we don't have power to create lightning, but we have creative power to bring these things. To pull heaven down. That's what declaration is, and you have to know the difference. You have to sit in the secret place and ask the Father, "What should I do? Should I be praying this out? Should I be declaring this out, or should I be walking this out?" Because it's key. That's the key thing. Most things you should be doing. Most people will just go into prayer, and God's like, "No, no, no." You need to declare that you already have the authority. You don't have to ask permission for it. You already have it. You just have to put it into action. Okay, that's key. And and he may say no, you don't even need to pray. You don't even need to declare. You just need to walk it out because you already have it. It's there. You just got to go literally go get it. Okay, because the door is there. You just got to walk it out. So this is so key. And where do we see that? John chapter thirteen verses seventeen. Is now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them. This is important. This is where people get tripped up with revelation knowledge. If you can get revelation knowledge and have the faith, now you've got to do something with it because that's the key. You either got to pray like James said and ask for it. You either got to declare it like Matthew 7 talks about. Or you either got to act it out like John 13 talks about. You got to know your part in this walk. And if you don't know that part, then what will happen is, is the blessing will sit there and you'll never receive it, even though you have all the rights to it, all the anointing. You could have been done everything correctly, sinless, worshiped, praised, Read the word of God, but if you do not know your part and how it's supposed to play out, you will not receive that blessing. Think about that. Think about that. Let's go back and talk about Abraham taking Isaac to the mountain. He had to act. He didn't pray to God, "Don't do this. This is my son." He could have asked God, "Hey, you just gave me my son. He hasn't had any kids yet." How am I supposed to build countless people, these nations, out of him? How? You're going to kill him. I'm going to kill him. How am I supposed to do that? He could have easily have interceded on his son's behalf. He didn't declare, I'm not— you know, Isaac, you're not going to die on the mountain. What did Abraham do? He walked it out in obedience. That's the power. God does not want sacrifice. He wants obedience. And you have to know that when you're walking this life out, you have to know the part you have to play in order to unlock the things in this life. And the only way you're going to be able to do that is sitting in God's presence, journaling down, asking him the hard questions and writing down the hard answers and writing down the hard revelation, and then asking God, What should I do with this? Is this something I'm supposed to pray back to you? Is this just for me? Am I supposed to share it? When am I supposed to share it? Should I decree it publicly? Should I decree it privately? Should I just act it out? That's the essence. If you want to walk a dominating life where you will never veer from God's perfect will, you will do these things. And when you understand these nuances, And how you walk out life, I will tell you for sure that you will stay in God's will. You will stay under his protection. You will stay under his anointing, and you will have the most radical roller coaster, straight up, not up and down, straight up life that will blow you away. You will still walk into storms and you will speak to those storms and they will obey you. You will walk into storms and they will strengthen you, and you will praise God in the middle of those storms. And you will become an example that will blow people away. People will talk about you because they're gonna say, wow, how is it that this person who was defeated and beaten down, maybe an addict, maybe someone who lost his home, lost his parents, and just lost his family, is now walking such a dominating life? What did they do differently? Is that they sat in God's presence at his feet and got the words of revelation and the way to carry them out. And that when you look back, and we talked about Moses earlier, is in the wilderness. He doesn't have the Bible. He's literally writing the first five books. What did what did Moses do? He went into the Holy of Holies, sat in God's presence. Listen to him, get this download, and then knew what to do with it. That's what the secret of revelation knowledge is. When you follow what Moses did, you'll now understand that this is how it works. And we know that today the veil is torn. And so access into the Holy of Holies is there because you're seated already. And so there's 3 positions you're in this world. Physically here on earth, you're physically standing in the throne room, and you're seated in Christ. And when you understand all 3 perspectives and you can operate correctly, you can ask God the tough questions. He'll tell you the tough answers, and you can walk it out knowing that you've got the victory, because whatever God says happens. His word cannot return void to him. It's impossible. No one has that power. No one has that power. And when you walk out the first miracle and you're like, wow, this was incredible, I can't believe this happened, the second one will become easier, the third one will become easier, and you'll get to a point where you're in your life where you're like— people were like, how can you walk so confidently? And you're just going to say, I hear my Father. I'm his sheep. They know I, I hear his voice. I know him and I follow him. And I know when I follow him What I'm doing. So I hope this message blessed you. We have a powerful and exciting mission at John Humenik Ministries. We have the mission to preach the gospel to every person before the rapture. We're trying to raise up 1,000 churches in ministry to preach the gospel to help us with that. But we also got an exciting vision for March as we want to get 1,000 salvations through all the things we're doing. God's moving mightily in this ministry. So if you feel compelled, we are— Amen. We would love for you to partner with us, even if it's just a one-time donation or become a monthly partner. And you can do this when you go to our website, www.humenik.com/give. It's spelled H-U-M-E-N-I-K.com/give. There, as I said, you can give a one-time donation or you can become a monthly partner where you will be able to work with us in a way that is just transformative for the kingdom of God. And I promise you that God will bless you in many ways, and all the proceeds that we take go back right into the ministry to build God's kingdom. God bless.
