The One SECRET Billionaires Know!

In this monologue, John Humenik argues that the single secret separating billionaires from millionaires is ownership of the right businesses and assets combined with a long‑term, scale‑focused mindset. He outlines how wealth progresses from $1 million to $10 million, $100 million, and finally $1 billion, emphasizing the need for systems, standard operating procedures, automation, and franchising to break through each plateau. Humenik frames his advice within biblical “kingdom finance” principles, citing Ecclesiastes 11:2, and uses examples such as car‑wash franchising and Grant Cardone’s real‑estate empire to illustrate how reinvesting earnings into additional ownership stakes creates compounding growth. The talk stresses that billionaires think decades ahead, treat every opportunity as an ownership stake to be scaled, and continuously reinvest profits across multiple ventures, leading to a “hockey‑stick” wealth trajectory that can be pursued over 20‑30 years.

So let's go ahead and unpack this statement. You know, one of the biggest things that you'll see with billionaires is that they have a common theme in how they carry out their life and the styles that they do. You see them living lavish lives and you understand that they own so much of different things that are part of this world— companies, yachts, you know, planes. There's just so much a part of it. You'll see even the NFL, every single NFL owner, even major sports teams, whether it's the NBA, NHL, Major League Baseball, even the soccer teams, they're all billionaires basically across the board. And what sets them apart that's different than other people that have been successful, even looking at like A-list celebrities and people that you may know even on social media, there's one key secret that they've unlocked and leveraged across all the things that they've done, whether they're in business or their career and all the things that they've implemented that allowed them to be hyper successful and scale way beyond their capacity just to make money by themselves. And so we're going to talk about all those concepts and reveal this one secret later on in the video. So you're going to want to stick around because it's going to be incredible and truly set your mind free on how you can receive this and apply it today so you can start walking out these principles as they set forth. Now, one of the biggest things that sets apart billionaires from millionaires, because really today it's not that difficult to become a millionaire or even to generate $1 million. While it does take some work, it's not something that takes decades to accomplish. In fact, you can probably do it even under a year if you've got a clear mind and have a problem that you want to solve. But the difference between a billionaire and a millionaire isn't just solving someone's pain, because you know when you're starting a business, there's 2 key concepts that are very, very core into being able to be successful, is that you're either selling a dream to have something that you can give someone that they can't otherwise have on their own capability, or you're actually addressing a pain point. Now, many businesses in fact attack number 2 because it's something that solves problems immediately and they're easily more addressable from the perspective of like closing the sales and being able to just, you know, addressing a core issue within a person or their business or their service that they're providing. But selling the dream is a more challenging one because what happens is, is you one, have to accomplish something that someone wants, and then therefore you'll have— you can show them how to do that. There's no difference in the sense of like, you know, someone being going viral is a perfect example. If you want to teach someone to go viral, that may be the dream that they're trying to achieve. And maybe you have done that yourself. You know, within the ministries that we've done on social media, we've had over 90 million views in our content. And it would be easy for me to articulate the successful aspects in order for you to go viral online. But that doesn't necessarily translate into being able to have longer-term success in order to be able to achieve This higher level goal of becoming a millionaire. So there is differences of levels of success. And I want to make sure you understand that whenever you approach the billionaire status, there's a stacking things that allow them to accomplish things, processes, putting systems in place. But those things in and of themselves isn't always necessarily enough to get up and over the hump. It really isn't. And so there's a lot of aspects that are core to being able to step into the millionaire status and then get into something as a deca-millionaire, which is $10 million above, or the centi-millionaire, which is $100 million above. But it is a very big difference to go from $100 million to a billion in both value and actually cash on hand. It's just there is a different scale, and it really does require these one secret to help accomplish this. And it is actually ultimately straightforward. So let's go ahead and unpack these different levels so that you can start to understand the one secret that will allow you to unlock your finances and allow you to achieve this growth that ultimately can lead you to this billionaire status. The thing is, is that I want to make sure everyone understands a couple of things. The difference between a billionaire and a millionaire, or even someone that's broke, ultimately boils down to is mindset. And so what they have is they understand the core concept, this one secret that's different that allows them to move forward. Because when you look at the billionaires today, there are so many of them that never went to school. They, they may have gone to school and dropped out. You see that with Bill Gates and a lot of the older ones, even the You'll see that they started their businesses early and then they implemented something and then it grew and grew and ultimately became so big that now it became something that they're able to, you know, have this evaluation that's over $1 billion. But you see the same thing with the millionaires. So what's the difference between going from $1 million to $10 million to $100 million to $1 billion? Now, if you're familiar with business and you've done— if you've been in business like myself, you'll know that making your first million can be a bit tricky. It is something that can be a little bit difficult, especially as you're trying to navigate The sea of competition, especially if you have maybe a higher ticket item or you're selling a service that's worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. It does take effort to get to that first million. Once you have systems in place, you can actually get to $10 million without much effort. In fact, if you've got one elite salesperson, you pretty much can do that over a period of time. Even if that money comes year over year or cumulative, you've made $10 million and you see success like that. Even doing that within a year is actually very attainable. If you continue to put systems in place, processes, repeatable things, and you really can grow. I mean, you really can take almost any business you can think of, a lawn business, you can take car washes, and what you can do is just repeat the process over and over again. Even if you get into a franchise model, you can get to that place where you can get to $10 million and beyond. But the thing is, is that getting to $10 million, although it's difficult, it does end up becoming this core plateau that a lot of people get trapped in, whereas the billionaires don't, because what happens is when you're making $10 million or have made cumulatively to $10 million, what people realize is, is that they feel like they've arrived. And what happens is they can get complacent. And then what they do is they kind of ride out the system. And where this becomes a very big trap, because inflation will catch up to you as well as the cost of being able to pay your employees over a period of time. If you don't continue to increase your income and push into the $15 and $20 million range, what happens is that $10 million business over 5, 10 years can actually go bankrupt, which happens a lot. And you'll see people plateau at $3 million, $10 million, and then they get stuck. So the real nuances is how do you go from $10 million to $100 million? Well, really the big difference there, which again is not the secret that the billionaires know, with the real secret to get to $100 million is ultimately standard operating procedures and automation and repeatable things where you now can take a system. And as long as you're— again, this is as long as your market's big enough where you can take that and continue to grow it. But that only can get you to $100 And in fact, you— it's really difficult to be able to scale it from $100 million to a billion because that's a huge impact. From— it is, while it is a tenfold increase, it's very difficult to be able to take $100 million and then make another $100 million, which then gets only to $200 million, and then to make another $100 million, which gets you to $300 million. And you get my point, that get it to a billion, it's a huge scale. So to do this within one organization, to do this within, you know, maybe a set of organizations, is a bit challenging. But ultimately, Ultimately, you can get there over time, but it really does potentially, you know, lengthen the opportunity to be 20, 30, 40 years. And depending on your age, you might be buttressed up against, you know, retirement and other things that you may be looking at. So what's the one secret that sets apart billionaires from millionaires? It's very clear, it's very simple, and it is ownership. Now, it might sound simple, but it's not just owning stock or owning businesses, but it's owning the right businesses. It's owning the right assets. Because in order to scale to $1 billion, you have to have some key things that the billionaires know about that millionaires may, may know but may not care about is the market that you're in or markets that you're a part of have to be able to be very large. In fact, whenever you're getting into these spaces, you need to be in a space where there is potentially a lot of competition. This isn't about necessarily niching things down. But it is about scale. It's about being able to do something at a scale that allows you to be able to move an organization forward in such size and scale that as you continue to grow it, you have the opportunity to just make more money because you just do more of it. An example is, is if you— let's use the example of car washes. It is a possibility to be able to become a billionaire in a car wash industry. But in order to accomplish that, you would have to franchise it over across the nation. And think about it. Think about it from the understanding of, let's say a car wash costs, let's say a car wash costs $3 million to build. Like, let's say it's one that's pretty sizable, not something that's small, but something of size. You would have to create a lot of them to be worth $1 billion. And so you think about the time it takes to, to get the permits, to get the property, to build it, to staff it, then to support it and to be able to generate income. To do that at scale takes a long period of time. But ownership in the right business or right businesses allow you to scale even faster because that's the key that the billionaires No, it's not just owning one business, but a series of businesses. And it talks about this in Ecclesiastes, where it says 11:2, where it says it talks about very specifically being able to cast your bread upon 7 or 8 waters. The key thing for billionaires is, is that what they've done is they've scaled for the most part their, their business, and then they invest in other businesses and their wealth increases across the board. It's like the tide that carries all the rising boats. But now what it does is if you have 7 $100 million-dollar businesses, guess what happens? You're not that very far. A couple tweaks and you're at a billion. And now that ownership piece grows dramatically because now those things wouldn't take very much to turn, you know, $100 million into $200 million, especially if you have them at the same time. So the key aspect that separates billionaires in their mindset is they treat the things that they look at as an ownership stake, that everything that they're looking at, that they're trying to purchase, that they're going to look at is what is the long-term capability of this? Is this— because they think— billionaires don't think in a short term. They are thinking 30, 40, 50, even lifetimes away. That's the essence of a billionaire, that when they look at ownership models, they're not looking to purchase something and then flip it. That's not what they do. They're looking to own it and own it forever, but not on top of that, also own it and scale it in a way that allows that income to come back to them pressed down, shaken together, and running over. And that's truly the mindset difference between what a millionaire has and a billionaire, because what they do is they start stacking The things that they own as a point of continuing to grow. Look at example as Grant Cardone in his real estate business. I think if I remember correctly, last time I saw him talk, he has $5.5 billion of assets under his management. But he had to start somewhere. He had to start with an apartment building, maybe a duplex, maybe a small apartment complex. And what he did is he continued to build it. And he knew that the real estate market in general is very large. It's trillions and trillions of dollars. So he knew that he can capture even a small percentage of that would make make him a billionaire. That's the same concept. So as you continue to look at and shift your mindset into this kingdom wealth, into kingdom finances, to grow something, to go beyond that, the capability of what you're doing is, is now you, as you continue to become an owner and you're purchasing things rather than almost an investor per se, but an owner where you, you want to take something and move it forward and grow it and be able to do that, that same process of facilitating that can be applied to other businesses. Because there's a lot of like-minded people like that. And as you continue to scale the assets that you own that continue to make you money year over year, you can even diversify so that it becomes recession-proof and even, you know, all these other economic proof so it can continue to grow year over year. What you're doing is you're establishing a pattern of success that allows you to think like a billionaire, to think at scale, but then operate in a millionaire status because that's the essence of how billionaires all started. There isn't a single billionaire unless they have inherited it started at that level. They had to move up through the process, the millions to the tens of millions and hundreds of millions, and then allow them to see, oh, okay, that's how I can get from this level. And they make mistakes and they re-pivot and they learn and they grow, that then they take all that learned knowledge and apply it and imbue it, whether they're a chairman on the board or some kind of owner, and they imbue it into the next team, and then they imbue it in the next team. And what happens is those teams accelerate under the wake of the success of that original owner. And now what happens is, is you can grow business after business, even though you're not necessarily involved in it, and continue to scale at a very high clip. And ultimately, what you'll see is you'll get this hockey stick of wealth. Because now what happens is, is the businesses are growing, and they're moving into the space because they're successful, they have the things that are repeatable, they're training the people properly, they're creating a culture around the employees that are successful that allow them to grow. And ultimately, Ultimately, that's how real wealth is done, and that's the secret that the billionaires have, is that they truly understand that ownership is the one key attribute that they have that other people don't, because that's the scaling aspect that they can apply over and over again. And ultimately, it really comes down to is how much money they want to spend on the next venture that they want to purchase so that they can continue to grow. And they just take the income that they're making off of the existing businesses, invest it in another one, and just do the same process over and over And believe it or not, it's not something that will take— I mean, realistically, 20, 30 years, that process alone will get you to that state. So I hope that this video blessed you in a way that allowed you to kind of open your mind to start to think differently about your finances. And again, you can apply it at a small scale and move it forward, and it will allow you to do that. And you can do that with even with stocks and being able to take the income that grows from those stocks and reinvest it elsewhere. And so that you can continue to move things forward. Forward so that you can get to a state where you can be very successful and move out of this— the basically the financial season you're in— into a place of overflow that lasts generations.
