In this fourth installment of his prophetic series, John Humenik argues that the biblical office of “prophet to the nations” is still active and distinct from the apostolic role. He refutes the view that Jesus was the last such prophet, explaining that Jesus established the foundation for subsequent prophets to preach worldwide. Humenik describes the prophet to the nations as the most powerful Christian office because it operates without geographic borders, unlike apostles who have designated territories. He emphasizes that this office is fundamentally a servant‑first, humility‑driven calling that requires deep scriptural mastery—including original languages and cultural context—and a surrendered, obedient heart. He claims that a prophet’s spoken word carries inherent authority that brings outcomes to pass, citing personal and family experiences as evidence. Humenz outlines practical avenues for global outreach (internet, conferences, crusades) and stresses that the prophet’s work points glory to the Father and the Holy Spirit, not to themselves. The talk concludes with an invitation to viewers to assess their prophetic gifting via a spiritual‑gift test and to support the ministry through a free Patreon membership, aiming to spread the gospel to every nation.

Hi, I'm John Humenik. Welcome back to the channel. Today we got part 4 in this prophetic series. We're gonna be talking about the prophet to the nations, and we're gonna seal out this amazing series today. Let's go ahead and get started. Now, there are some Christians today that believe that the prophet to the nations doesn't exist anymore. You can't find that in scripture anywhere because there are some that believe that Jesus was the last prophet to the nations, but rather he was not. He was the one that set the standard and established the foundation in which all these prophets can go preach out to the world. And I'm gonna talk about that today because this is the very office that the Lord had called me into years ago, had put my ministry on the map and allowed me to steward something that has been absolutely incredible. And since then, my ministry has grown to 1.3 million subscribers. We have nearly 80 million views worldwide preaching the gospel, preaching the prophetic word out to all the churches, the church body of Christ throughout the world, to be able to edify, exhort, and comfort all those that are in need. need. The prophet to the nation is the most powerful office in all of Christianity, and the reason being is, is that it has no borders. Now, when you understand the fivefold ministry operates from the apostles to the prophets, that prophets have to be able to operate under order— what the thing you understand is, is apostles are given designated territories throughout the world. That's where they operate, especially if you see them moving in power as missionaries and others, because when you're a missionary, really Functionally, you're just operating under the aspect of the apostolic anointing. But the prophet to the nations has no boundary. He or she can go out and preach the gospel through the internet, through the word of God, through conferences, through crusades, to any one person in any designation they so choose, because that is the gifting, the power, and the metron that they have been blessed with. It's very important to understand is that apostles, if they were to go into an area that they're not to, while they may be successful in their endeavor, the hand of God isn't upon them in those specific places. Which is why you saw Paul in scriptures trying to go into Asia to preach the gospel but ended up going to Macedonia instead. But you never saw at one point where a prophet to the nation in the, uh, in whether it was the Old Testament or even the New Testament, get restricted by the area that they're supposed to operate in. And so the calling is so key because you have to understand is it's a servant-first calling. It's an under-ministry. It's a ministry that in which you operate in is very key to be actually behind the scenes. You're not the face of Christianity. Jesus Christ is. You're not the one that brings miracles, signs, and wonders. That's the Holy Spirit's job. You're not the one that receives the glory, receives the praise. That belongs to the Father. You have to understand, as a prophet to the nation, it is the most highest calling because it is the highest calling of servanthood. It's the highest calling of humility. Surrender and obedience. Those who are called to be a prophet to the nations must operate in the word of God. They must know the word of God left and right, up and down. You need to understand the interlinear through understanding the Greek, the Hebrew, the Aramaic, understanding the word context. Remember, the Bible was written to the Jews and to some Christians, but primarily it is a Jewish book. So you have to understand and recognize the culture, the, the situations, the traditions in which those writers were actually documenting and talking about how scriptures were done, and being able to articulate that to the people. It isn't done through an orphan heart. It's done through a heart of love, an adopted son, an adopted daughter. A prophet to the nation has so much power in their word that when they speak, comes to pass. Period. Whether it's, whether it's aligned with the word of God or not, because those are the things that God wants you to know and recognize. And this is a hard thing for people to understand, is when you're called to this level, when you speak things, they come to pass, period. Now we know we have that authority through our sonship and daughtership in the kingdom of God, but the prophet to the nation's weight is just so much stronger. I've seen it happen over and over again in my life and in my wife's life and in my daughter's life, who are also called to be prophets to the nation. and they operate in victory. So the prophet to the nation speaks to peoples across the world. When I say churches, I mean actual physical churches, because there's really technically one church under Christ, even though we have many denominations and many different religions. But Christ does not see religion. Christ does not see denominations. He sees his sons and his daughters, his brothers and sisters. And so when you operate in the prophet to the nations, know that God's going to call you to a very high place. It is a very high calling. It is required to understand that it is no longer your life anymore, that you serve him fully through and through. Because when you're operating in the prophet to the nations, everything about you oozes the Holy Spirit. Everything you do oozes Jesus Christ. When you see yourself walking out all these life experiences, they don't see you. They don't see the things that you're accomplishing. They see the Father. They see everything about the Godhead, the Trinity. That's the essence of the prophet to the nations. A prophet to the nation brings a now word to call the future, to call the true identity of the sons and daughters of Christ into a being, a state of understanding, so that they can break out of their current situation and to move forward. And that calling can include churches and nations overall, because that's what the prophet to the nation does. They speak and the world listens. And so if you feel like you're called into this space, understand that the most thing is to understand your word, to walk out life through humility, surrender, and obedience. It's so key because those words no longer belong to you, and that you understand that God loves you, that he's using you to be a great leader, a beacon of his glory, a beacon of his light, a beacon of his love. So therefore, everything you do and how you do it and how you carry yourself has to reflect the heart of the Father the mind of Christ, and the eyes of the Holy Spirit. And that's the essence of the prophet to the nations.
