Speaker B urges parents to stop yelling at kids and speak life, love, and kindness instead. Speaker A cites Ephesians 6:4 on raising children without provoking anger, stressing that effective parenting requires abundant love and consistency.
This is tough.
Read something to you real quick. Mean a lot to me, man. I ain't trying to cry, but let me read something. It's been on my phone for a while. Break generational curses. Quit yelling at your kids before they go to bed and expect them to sleep well. Quit yelling at your kids in the morning right after they wake up for school and expect them to have a good day. You set the tone for your children. You set the tone for your voice. They will always remember in their heads. You become their inner voice. Don't be their inner critic. Speak life. Speak love, speak bravery, kindness, and hope. Speak wisdom and truth. Most of all, listen to your children.
Reminds me of this, Ephesians 6:4. It says, you fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord. Trust me, I'm all about discipline, but when it comes to parenting, here's the key to victory: tons of love and consistency. Subscribe and share this blessing with a friend.
