So as I'm out hiking today, but thinking about adding value and how important it is in a business and in really whatever you do, I want to talk about two ways that virtual assistants can add value. So you can see that I'm like, out on this trail above the valley with these amazing mountains around me. So the first way that I have had them add value in my business is by freeing up my time so that I can focus on things that add value to people. So there's all kinds of tasks that I was doing in my business that aren't really adding value to customers. The more I started to outsource those things and get them off of my plate, the more I was able to focus on things that really add value to customers. So the first way to add value with a virtual assistant is to get things off of your plate that aren't adding value and then focus on things that add value to customers. The second thing that you can do to add value with virtual assistants, and this is really more with an online Filipino specialist to have them create the value for your customers. So there's a number of ways that we do this. Number one, we have 8,000 active customers. We can't respond to all those questions, to all support inquiries. So we have them do it. And then anytime something they don't know how to answer, they come to us for the answer. And then we can provide really, really good support to people by virtual assistants in the Philippines. Another way we do this is by providing services that they provide. So we have a handheld hiring service available at onlinejobs.ph handheldhiring. And the hiring process, the help that you're gonna get there, is done by people in the Philippines who are really good at it. Another thing. So we have a hiring contract that we make available to people as part of the one VAOA challenge. And that contract was written by someone in the Philippines. I didn't write. Was very well done by someone on my team, and it works super well as a contract. So we've had them come create products for us. They've written blog posts. Well, they wrote a good amount of my book, the Outsourcing Lever. They edited it. It was all my content, but they did the work for it. So there's so much value being added there to customers from my online Filipino specialists who are really good at things that they do. So in my experience, if you're not adding value in a business, if you're not doing things that that make set you apart from someone else, gosh, it's really hard to succeed. Long term, you might make a little bit of money short term, but long term, it's really hard. So figure out a way to add value. And if you can get someone in the Philippines, add that value for you. So much better. My name is John Jonas. I created OnlineJobs ph to help people find amazing virtual assistants in the Philippines, amazing online Filipino specialists. Because when I started in 2005, it was just really hard and today it's so much easier.
