If you're applying everywhere and getting nowhere, you're doing it wrong. Stop sending identical cover letters to hundreds of companies. Research each one, personalize your pitch, and think like the hiring manager deciding whether to call you back.
What advice would you give to someone who feels stuck and losing hope in finding online work?
Change your approach. Your approach right now is that you're doing it the wrong way. You probably recognize. Oh, yeah, I've been applying to all these jobs with one apply point. I applied at 10 jobs a day, and I send the same cover letter to every single one of them. And my profile probably sucks. If you're desperate for a job you don't think very well through, what. What is this person on the other side thinking about me? You're just like, apply, apply, apply, apply. You got to apply more. No, you have to apply better. In applications, be honest. Be direct and be specific. Do some research onto that company that you're applying for. Use a whole bunch of apply points when you apply. Be direct. I know it's not in your nature to be direct. I know. We are super direct. I get it. I understand. But recognize that's who we are. Right. And so you can be that way. You're so much more likely to get a job. So much more likely. Put yourself in the other people's shoes.
Yeah. Be on the employer's perspective. Learn their ways and how do they think. That's what I've learned. Thank you so much.
