But in order to have an OFS build your business for you, you have to ensure that you understand your business and you know how to build it yourself. Even without an OFS now, you can have them do the work as long as you're willing to give them direction. Next, you need to train that person, or at least onboard them, if they're an expert, so that you know that you have over what's happening, that they have some direction for what they're supposed to be doing and how it's going to go. They're not going to come in and build you an affiliate business. They won't just build a business for you without your full attention and direction.
