Hi, my name is Nikita Everett, and I have been using an OFS for over three years. The current assistant that we're using is Kimberly, and I'd like to just discuss how she's helped change our business and also change my life for my family, not just, you know, with the things that she does for my company. Kimberly is reliable. I have never worked with anyone who is as prompt and timely and who comes to work every day ready to work. She is the most reliable VA that I've used, and I appreciate her for that. Now, recently, Kimberly had her first child. She's. She got married, then she had her first baby. So she's been taking vacation and we. While whenever she wanted to take off before, I would just say yes, but for an extended vacation. We had never really talked about the parameters, just, you know, how many days she wanted per year. And whatever she asked for, I just kind of gave it to her because she's such an asset and valuable member of our. Of our company. And so when she, being her first child, I knew she was going to need more time than what she was asking for. So I gave her extra time and I told her, I said, take it, you're going to need it, and, you know, Godspeed, because I don't miss those days. So knowing that, you know, the changes that she's been going through, she still hasn't missed a beat. She, you know, needs more time to rest and things of that nature. And I tell her, I said, you know, if there is nothing that's pressing, I don't mind, because there were times when Kimberly was able to keep the business afloat when I couldn't be there. And so I look at her as really part of our community or family. If you can say that. She sent me pictures of the baby he's growing, and I sent her pictures of my daughter's prom. And, you know, she's just helped me balance my life. I can go on and on about what she's capable of and her skills, but I think what most of us hire for is to buy us time. And time is one of those things that is precious and it's an invaluable resource. And so I just wanted to send Kimberly's company that online jobs ph, excuse me. And let them know how well of a job Kimberly is doing and how well of a job they did. Vetting people who would also assist in helping us with virtual work. The great thing about working with Kimberly is that I know with as crazy as my life has been with work and with my family and with children getting sick and things of that nature, she's the one thing that I can just depend on. It's just. There's no words for that. And so her work ethic has shown through in every review at the end of the year, and she's gotten raises. And I'm even trying to find, now that I've promoted her to business operations, trying to find her something that's less on the phone so that she. If she wants to hire a nanny and to work, she can, but if she doesn't, that's not gonna stop her from working with our company and interacting with our customers. Although the clients and the teams love hearing the baby COO in the background, I don't think anyone really minds, but we just really enjoy having her a part of our family, a part of our company. She's the reason that it's doing well today, and I can't wait until it's doing the numbers that we want it to be doing so that she can reap those benefits as well of knowing all of the hard work and the sacrifices that she's put through to just make sure that my company is successful. Thank you.
