So how can you trust someone from the Philippines? Look, there's this culture of honesty in the Philippines where they look up to foreigners and they really just want a job and they don't want to rip you off. So I get this question all the time, like, how can I trust them with my data or with sensitive information? So it's really not that different than having someone in your office in the US you can have them VPN into your. Into your computer system so that they're actually in your computers. But generally they don't want to steal your information, they don't want to steal your domain, they don't want to steal your idea. They don't want. They just want a job so they can take it home and support their family. So how do you trust someone? Or how do you know if you can trust someone? When you interview people, if you do it right, you start to see like, oh yeah, this person's really being honest with me as I'm interviewing them. Outside of that, as you start to work with someone, you'll see pretty quickly, like, oh yeah, they just told me this thing that they really didn't have to tell me. Telling you, yes, you can trust me. In 16 years of doing this, I've seen very, very few cases where someone in the Philippines stole something. And when I did, it was because almost every time it was because the person in the US tried to get work done and then tried to not pay the person, and they were just trying to get paid. So how can you trust someone? You'll find out pretty quickly. It's really easy. If you want to know how to gain trust right during the recruiting process, check out 1vaoa.com where I'll walk you through how I build trust as I interview people. One VAO that.
