Don't Hire a VA, Hire an OFS! (Online Filipino Specialist)

So about six months ago I stopped using the term VA Virtual assistant. For the most part, not completely, but for a long time I just kind of haven't liked it. Like people think a VA is just a secretary. They can only follow exact instructions. They won't use their brain, they don't have any skills. And that's not who I hire. And that's not who you want to hire. You want to hire an ofs, an online Filipino specialist, someone who's good at design, someone who's good at lead generation, someone who's good at social media marketing. So you want to hire someone who can help grow your business to something special or something specific. And it's not that a VA can't get it done. It's not that some people don't want a VA or don't want a secretary. That's what most people associate a VA with is a secretary. And a secretary is not bad. But that's not who I hire. Generally I hire someone who does a really good job of editing videos. I hire a really good programmer, a really good user interface designer, a good HR person, someone who's really good at lead generation or data entry, or someone who uses their brain as they do data entry and figure things out. I love it. That's why I hire ofs, online Filipino specialist. So from now on probably going to hear OFS from me. Just because you don't want to hire a secretary. Generally you can hire an OFS, 400 to $1,000 a month for full time work at onlinejobs. Ph. And if you want my help, head over to 1vaoa.com where I will walk you through the process. It should take you very little time. It's super easy, it's not a complicated thing. And I'll walk you through finding a great OFS for your business.
