Ep. 202: What’s Holding You Back With OFS?

Welcome to the Secret Sauce of Outsourcing podcast that's dedicated to making you better at working with online Filipino specialists OFS. This is episode 202. What's holding you back with OFS? So I want to know what's preventing you from hiring an ofs? It's so interesting to me that I get these emails from people that are like, oh, I haven't done it yet for whatever, or, hey, I'm interested in this kind of a person. And I'm always like, dang. I get an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from people, people around the world. And basically, like, multiple times every day, I get this. I love my ofs. My OFS has worked for me for three years, and it's amazing. I can't imagine running my company without them. And so I record this podcast to help those people. I write my news, my newsletter to help these people succeed more with it. But sometimes, or even often, I'll get a response from either a podcast or a newsletter that someone will say, like, I need help hiring a graphic designer. I need help hiring a. An executive assistant or a lead generation, whatever. Can they do that? Is that even possible? And every time I'm like, I don't know what else to say here. Like, I've talked about this so much and made this, what I think is so dang obvious that there are such good people in the Philippines. And so I always ask them, have you ever hired someone yet? No. And my brain goes, how's that even possible? And yet I know it's my fault, right? Like, there's something in the messaging. There's something in what I'm doing and what I'm talking about that is like, there's a disconnect. I'm not making this clear, and I haven't done a good enough job of convincing that person. Maybe it's you, that, yes, you should hire someone, that they're amazing, talented people, that they're super loyal and hardworking, that, yes, you can find someone pretty easily. So here's. Here's my plea today. I want to know what's preventing you from hiring an ofs, or what prevented you in the beginning? Like, why didn't you take the leap? Or why haven't you taken the leap yet? What was that thing that was stopping you? What could I say or do that would have pushed you over the edge? That would push you over the edge right now? What would be that thing? And the number two, if you have hired someone, what do you. Are you struggling with something? What are you struggling with? What's preventing you from, like, going taking a leap forward from growing your business to the next step with your ofs? What is that struggle? What's preventing you? I would love to hear from you.
