Can you find the top 1% of workers? This is a common theme among people trying to outsource or trying to hire overseas is you want to hire the top tier worker, you want to find the top 1%. There are even entire freelancer websites dedicated to top 1%. They call it like toptal or I don't remember what the other one is, but they're like, oh, we only hire the best, which is just a complete lie. And I've had multiple people that have used them say, oh, yeah, that's just a lie. They're just pulling people off and saying, oh, these are the top 5%.
