Hi, my name is Marianne. I'm an online Filipino specialist working as an HR assistant in a cleaning services company located in New York City. My employer service are markets, commercial spaces, office buildings, airport terminals and subway stations from Bronx, Manhattan to Staten island, all throughout New York City. I help in processing payments and onboarding of new cleaners. My daily task includes monitoring attendance of our cleaners and if someone did not go to work, I will contact them and ask them the reason. I check our platform and see their location. The red pin is where they should clock in and in the green pin shows where they actually clock in on their phones. In this particular case it's okay because it's in the same building, but sometimes there are cleaners who clock in few blocks away and that's not acceptable.
