We produce a lot of YouTube content and I used onlinejobs ph because initially I was overwhelmed with admin work and I'm not very good with numbers and I kept missing deadlines and lots of things weren't getting done within the business that needed to get done. Process with online jobs was unbelievably easy and simple. I basically wrote a job post listing what I wanted and I followed online job sort of recommendations and they're really good training, got lots of blog articles and they've got an amazing website one va away that helps you sort of put that together and followed that through and initially it was a bit overwhelming with how many applications I actually got for the job, which again was a good sign I suppose. And I loved how I could check that the each applicant's background and scores and everything from their cvs. And I also really liked that everything was handled with inside online jobs platform as opposed to having to go through my email.
