The more specialized the person is, the less I'm going to depend on the job post and the more I'm going to actively go out and contact the people that I'm finding on onlinejobs.ph so I'll contact and I'll contact 10, 20, 30 and say hey, I'm looking for someone to do XYZ are you interested? And I'm not going to go into a ton of detail there. I'm just going to send out a are you interested? Email to a bunch of people. Now in doing this, the wrong way to go about this is to go back to online jobs and say oh, I'm looking for a really high level CEO cfo. There's the person that I want. So I'm going to search through a bunch of profiles and read a whole bunch of profiles and that's the one that's the wrong way to go about this rather than finding the one up front because that person probably already has a job and if you just approach that one person, chances are really high that they're going to say yep, not interested, sorry.
