A VA team uses Google Drive and Google Docs to manage all their content work. Writers draft in Docs, teammates comment and edit in real time, and everyone sees changes instantly. The speaker mentions Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, and OneDrive as alternatives but prefers Google's tools for their simplicity.

So for file sharing, we use Google Drive. It's simple, has an online folder setup. It's ubiquitous, everybody has it. It's included with Google Workspace. Very, very easy to use. Other options include Microsoft Teams, Dropbox and OneDrive. There are probably others, but these are the best. Then for collaboration, we use Google Workspace, specifically Google Docs. And an example of how we do this. So someone will write a piece of content. They'll write it in a Google Doc, they will share that with other people. Others will read it, check it, make comments, make corrections. You can cross things out and others can see, okay, I agree with that, or I don't agree. You can make a comment. We go through this every single day where content's being written, whether it be for blogs or newsletters or articles or social media, content gets written. It gets checked by someone else. Sometimes it gets checked by me. And in a Google Doc, I know I'm seeing the latest version. And it's super easy to just make edits. They immediately get those edits. It's easy to make comments and questions and have them answer it and solve the problem. Google Docs has done a really great job with allowing for easy written collaboration.
