In the Philippines it is really hard to find a long term stable job. Very often jobs in the Philippines are on a contract basis. They have a contract with the employer and that contract is going to end on a specific date regardless of whether the work is done or not. That's just how they set up contracts. I don't really understand it, I just know that it exists. So someone who gets a job, they will have a contract for six months. When that contract ends, they have to go find another job. How can you make this better for them? Well, if you can provide a stable long term employment situation, all of a sudden that person doesn't have to go looking for work in six months. And now they can plan for a year from now as long as your job is stable. And when they can plan for a year from now, they can start putting money into savings. They can budget their spending accordingly. It really changes the way that people plan their lives and their families when they get long term stable work.
