Fifteenteen years ago, when I started hiring people in the Philippines, it was so hard to find people. The only way was either to go to the Philippines or to go through an agency. And with the agency, they always sit in the middle of the relationship. Like they find a single person for you, and whether they're a good fit for you or not, that's your only option. And then they work for that company. And at some point, I got so frustrated with it. I wanted to browse Filipino resumes and find someone who I could hire on my own. And I wanted to interview them, make sure they were right for me. But that platform didn't exist. So I decided to create it. In 2009, I launched OnlineJobs ph, which I built to bring you and the Filipino worker directly together. Without a middleman, without salary markups, without agency office politics, without taking advantage of the Filipino worker or taking advantage of you, the employer. So here's how OnlineJobs ph works. You go on and browse resumes of Filipino workers. You can look at any of the nearly 1 million resumes on the site and see what works for you. Search them, sort them, narrow them down to the skills you're looking for, then click the contact button and start a direct conversation with them. Or you can post a job and let the workers apply to your job. They'll tell you their qualifications and why you should hire them. Once you have initial contact with them, onlinejobs Ph is out of the picture. You pay the worker directly. You communicate with them directly in your personal email account. They work from home and work directly from you. We don't have an office. They don't work for us. You get exactly what you're paying for and they get all of what you pay them. It's really the best of all worlds. The only thing you pay is a small recruiting fee to OnlineJobs ph to access the workers contact information, to access the database. At the time I'm filming this, it's a $69 a month fee, but you only need to pay it while you're recruiting. Once you've hired someone, cancel the payment to onlinejobs Ph and just work directly with the person you just hired. And that's it. Onlinejobs Ph is the best place to hire online Filipino workers. I'm John Jonas and I created onlinejobs Phone.
