Hello, My name is PK. I'm with E3 or Emergent3. I'm the founder of an app. What we do is we are a safety app. We connect teachers, staff, employees, and police in emergencies, big or small. What sets us apart is that we have a smart map of your building. And when you say, hey, I'm in my room, I'm safe, that room goes green. If you're unsafe, it goes red. So when an alert is sent out in E3, everybody checks in, and then the map lights up. Green, green, green, red, red shows you where to avoid. And then also, first responders know where to allocate resources. That's what we do. We started in schools, and then we're going into hospitals and city and county governments, and it's been a wild ride. But what I'm here today is to tell you the importance of our team. I don't even call them the OFS Team. They are seriously part of our team. They have changed our business model. Originally, it started out with, you know, probably 12 months ago. Our company has grown, like, 400% since then. But about a year ago, we were having a baby, my wife and I, and we knew the baby was going to be in the NICU for the first time of her life. And so I hired up a virtual assistant to help with my tasks. Well, turns out that virtual assistant ended up being so awesome that I was like, you know what? My team needs this, Our Filipino team member to be a part of them and help with their tasks instead of me. I'll be fine. So I was like, here, guys. Here's another awesome team member. Then we did it again. I hired up someone, and I was like, hey, you're freaking awesome too. Here you go. And then we have done that, like, four times. And then it just changed our whole business model. Now it's like, hey, for every account setup person we have on our side, we want to make sure that there's a Filipino team member so that they're a team together and that they can ensure that the customer is getting the best process. We're getting two sets of eyes on every account, making sure nothing slips between the cracks, and we can be twice as effective and responsive. It has changed our business model, and I'm so grateful for our Filipino team. In fact, we've now got someone over there. When we bring on another Filipino team member, we send them a care package by someone in the Philippines. We make them some swag and hats and shirts so that they can feel the company culture and also our gratitude. For them because it has just been a game changer for us. And I'm so grateful for online jobs and John Jonas for all the content he puts out as well, so thank you.
