I've worked about 17 hours a week since 2010, and what I've seen is it takes one decision to get you off of the busy, busy, busy, busy rush, rush, rush rat race path and onto the less busy, less overwhelmed path. Hire an OFS and get one thing off of your plate. And realistically, it doesn't even take as much time as you think.
