I don't do resolutions. I don't do New Year's resolutions. It's just not part of my lifestyle. And in my opinion, here's why. Most New Year's resolutions don't work. If it's not strong enough for you to make this change on December 15th or October 3rd or whenever else, why is January 1st any different? It's not. And so that's why I feel like if you're not willing to make this change, whatever it is, on, you know, December 19th, right before the holidays, then January 1st really isn't going to make any difference to you. If the desire isn't strong enough today to have that change happen, you know, a date isn't going to change that for you.
