Interview them via email #ytshorts

So everybody always wants to jump straight to like scheduling a video interview with people. And to me, that's the worst way you could go about this. Interview them via email. Ask them lots of questions. You don't need to do any prep work to do this. It doesn't take you hardly any time at all. No scheduling, no time zones, no video conference links. Just keep asking them questions. This is how you're going to communicate with them most of the time in your virtual working relationship, in the end anyway. So it's a really good way to interview. And this is my secret to how I find really good people every time.
