Really appreciate them and give them. And give them positive feedback. You know, like every day I'm telling one of them what a great job they've done, if they've done a great job. And if they haven't, I kind of get on a Skype call and say, this isn't quite working. And I think it's because of this. I think that they have often been used by employers and not appreciated. Like, they're intelligent, you know, extremely educated, talented people, you know, and they. I think that why my team sent me flowers. And I know an agency that's been using, you know, you guys for over 15 years. They've never been sent flowers by their team. And I think that's because I just say, you know, that's a really great job. The client loves the design that you've done. Good on you. You know, just help recognise and appreciate the work. Because everyone, you know, it's like little puppies. Puppies like being patted. We all like being, you know, acknowledged.
