Let’s Talk Business: What’s the ROI on Hiring an OFS?

Hi, welcome to Barangay Wawatanairizal. So this is our home and let's come inside. Hi, I'm JD Jamante. I'm an online Filipina specialist. I work as a sales representative for an HR software company. Hi, welcome to our home. So this is our living area. So the services that the company I work for offers includes market pricing, e job. So we also conduct HR surveys so that our data will be more reliable when they purchase the data. So this is our balcony area and this is where we chill to feel the breeze. And as you can see here, the main transportation is tricycle and we also help them update the job descriptions within their organizations through our platform. I'm going three years with working with them. So this is our bedroom and over here is my workstation. My day to day task includes cold calling and I also send them emails and if they're interested I will set up a calendar invite to meet with them and show them the platform. And and if they're interested to purchase, I will also be the one to process the order form. So here is a mealing gallery of my husband and I during our travels. But recently my husband is kind of focused on his poultry breeding business. Welcome to King Gem Game farm. This is 2000 square meters and we currently have 60 teepees. After one year of working online I was able to save up and we invested for 50 chick and for their medicine, vitamins and feeds and also for the land that we can lease and for the payment of our caretaker. The way our business works is we pair the best cocks that we have to our pure mother hen so that the next generation will have a winning bloodline which we then sell to those persons that are engaged in cockfighting their bees. So in this area here is where we keep the female chicks that will become a mother hen when they grow up. Right now we are entering the second year of doing this business and we are actually not yet profitable. But my husband, his father and his uncle are very passionate about it so. So it has also become my passion as well. So in this area here is where we keep our young game pals. They are currently two months old and when they become eight to nine months old they will be ready for a competition online jobs. PH has fulfilled my dream of working from home and I can be a full time for parents who are three dogs and of course support my husband in our poultry business. My motto in life is actually believe that you can and you are halfway there. And right now I can say that this, this journey has been full of blessings.
