John Jonas (YouTube Shorts) explains how to move Philippine-based contractors from UpWork to Onlinejobs.ph: ask them for their Onlinejobs.ph profile URL, open that URL while logged in, and click the "Mark as hired" button. He explains account requirements: you must have previously upgraded an Onlinejobs.ph account at least once before you can mark someone as hired (this restriction exists to deter scams). If you have never upgraded, a one-time upgrade costs $69 (you can cancel immediately) and thereafter you can mark hires even without an active subscription.
