I'm not the one whose business was just changed by hiring this person. I'm not Lori, who sent me this email and a video to tell me how perfect her new OFS is. So I can't really say that her new OFS isn't perfect, other than there's no such thing as perfection. Well, maybe there is perfection. My new VA is a perfect fit for the position and a perfect fit with our staff here too. Been working together now for about six weeks, so there's been quite a bit of training, but it's really paying off. She is processing all of my clients store orders now. She's updated my clients stores with new products and apparel. She checks inventory with suppliers and contacts decorators to set up new programs. And she does product research and makes client presentations and making a social media plan and creating Instagram content for my business. All of these are tasks that I was doing myself.
