In this product walkthrough, the presenter demonstrates the redesigned Onlinejobs.ph inbox, highlighting how it streamlines recruiting. The inbox is organized by individual job posts, with an option to view all applicants. Premium users receive AI-driven applicant scoring that ranks candidates for interview priority. The message view includes a sidebar offering quick actions such as rating, pinning, labeling, marking as hired, archiving, spam, or delete, as well as rapid note‑taking and instant access to the applicant’s profile, background data, and contact information. The overall aim is to make the recruiting workflow faster and more efficient for users.

Chapters

The new online jobs inbox is designed to make recruiting easier for you. It's now organized by job posts, so you're seeing applicants for this individual job post. To see all applicants, select all applicants. If you have the premium account, you get to AI analyze all the applicants, which will give them each a score according to how good our AI model thinks that applicant is. The AI analysis is really good at telling you who to interview first and who to ignore. On the individual message page, we have the sidebar that allows you quick access to all the data. You can rate an applicant according to how you think this person deserves to be rated. That is only for you and your account. You can pin or unpin people, add labels, mark them as hired, archive them, or even mark them as spam or delete their message. For those that you don't want to see again, you get their contact information. You can add notes to people very quickly, and then you get a quick look at all of their important profile information readily available to you. You can see their profile, their background data, check easily, respond to people. The goal with the inbox was to make recruiting easier for you.
