Hello and welcome. My name is John Jonas and this is the series of how to replace yourself by hiring virtual assistants in the Philippines. Outsourcing. But it's outsourcing different than what you have probably heard before. So in this video, I'm going to give you a little introduction and a little introduction to myself and why you're listening to this and what I'm going to cover in this series. So first off, when I started hiring people in the Philippines and years and years ago, I had no idea what was in store. I had no idea how good they were. I had no idea how many people would want to know about this. I really didn't know what was going to happen from this. So in this series, here are some things that I want you to understand by the end of this. First off, I want you to know how to do this. I want you to know everything that you need to know to get started hiring workers in the Philippines. To make your life easier, I'll teach you where to find them, how to hire them, what's important in hiring them. I'm going to teach you all of that. After that, I'm going to teach you how to become really, really good at it. So that you're hiring rock star workers in the Philippines for three to seven hundred dollars a month who are doing amazing things in your business. I work about 17 hours a week and I've been there for a couple years now and it's been really, really great for me and my family. And I would love to teach you how to get to that point where you have workers in the Philippines doing almost everything for you and you can spend your time doing what you want to do. So one of my biggest goals here is that I want you to learn how to learn how to live a better lifestyle through outsourcing. So here's the problem that I found. There's not enough time in the day to get everything done. Most entrepreneurs are trying to do everything themselves and there's just not enough time every day to do all the things you need to do. You have email, you have your shopping cart and you have your website and you have customers and you have product creation that you have so many things and we don't have enough time. So here's what I want to teach you. Number one, I want to teach you how to find the right people. Find the right people that fit your needs in your business. Second, I want to teach you to help them be reliable and trustworthy so that they can continue to do good work long term. And then I'll teach you how to train these people because training is really, really important. So before I get into that, I want to tell you a little bit about me, just so you understand who I am. Here's a picture of me and my five kids and my beautiful wife. I have five kids, we live in Utah and we're super, super happy. Here's a picture of me and my son on the golf course that I play almost every day. That's one of the things that I choose to do with my time. I told you, I work about 17 hours a week and so I play a lot of golf and I spend a lot of time with my kids. Here's some of the places I've traveled over the last years. Here is Mexico and the Philippines and Thailand and London and Paris, New York, California, with my beautiful daughter. So that's another thing that I do. I spend a lot of time traveling with my family and it's been really good for us. Here's Costa Rica, where we spent a month on the beach because we could. We also spent a month on the beach, kind of a mini retirement, four hour work week style in Florida and in the Philippines and in Costa Rica and those three places we've kind of taken mini retirements. It's been really good for our family. That's a little bit about me now. Next we'll get into exactly why we're going to the Philippines and how to make this work for you.
