The changing Filipino dream #ytshorts

So with my son, I've talked about him in the last episode and quite a few times he's told me about the number of people that he has encountered where either they are leaving the country or they're there and they have a spouse that has left the country and they're alone, or a mom who is working out of the country and they're left alone. It's a really hard situation that for years and years and years has been the only out for someone in the Philippines. They haven't had the ability to make a living except by getting a job working overseas. That's always been the Filipino dream, to get a job working overseas where you can finally make enough money to support your family. And now that dream is changing. They're working from home, they're working online. They're working for foreign bosses that are treating them well, and they're staying at home raising their families. And you are a part of that. You're actually the reason for that. Because every person that you hire changes your business, changes their life.
