I wanted to share about our experience with online jobs. I actually have recommended it to a ton of business owners that I know. It was recommended to us from a business coach of ours that was like, you guys are doing so many tasks that you could outsource. And this was a few years ago when my husband and I were running our business entirely by ourselves. And our first hire was Dee and she was just a generalist VA for us and she is still with us and and was such a positive experience in hiring her and just her absolute amazing work ethic that we then continued to hire a number of other people through the platform. And our second hire was just another absolute rock star named Rod and he is still with us as well and he is in charge of our development team. So we're a software and technology consulting company and we work with home service businesses and so we actually have hired really a variety of types of jobs through the platform. We have hired people for marketing, we've hired people to work as an executive assistant or a virtual assistant as more of a generalist that do just a ton of different tasks. We've hired coders and software developers and the majority of people that we've hired recently have actually been no code or low code automation specialists. So they are doing really technical work for us and for our clients. And the thing that I think is really, really cool is that we've actually been able to hire, well, not only really talented technical employees, but also those same employ. We found people that speak remarkably, you know, confident English. They sound so, so good. They're set up in their offices, looks great and they're actually on client calls all the time with us and so they're gather jumping onto client calls and they're troubleshooting technical issues live with our clients. It's just been a really, really great experience. And we have a company culture where we do every two weeks we do a team meeting with everyone and it's really, really fun to get to know everyone and have everybody really be humanized and present instead of just like emailing someone back and forth and never really meeting them because you're on a different continent from them. So yeah, it's been amazing. We've had an awesome experience.
