My employer consistently is in the top 10 rankings in the Scotsman Guide. Hi, my name is Carlo. I'm an online Filipino specialist working as a business analyst for a mortgage lender based in Cleveland. One thing I do is vendor systems integration. When we have a new vendor, they demo their products and services to my team, and we determine how to best put their products to use. For example, we recently integrated to our CRM Sly Broadcast. This is a service that enables us to send no-ring voice messages our leads. I send our requirements to them and they execute. Another thing that I do is documentation of various processes within the company. This is a flowchart I made in Lucid that shows the journey of a customer making a payment through our website. Our goal is to have them click our banner ads and call-to-action buttons. Lastly, once a particular project is already implemented, we do a postmortem meeting wherein I spearhead the presentation. I discuss with all the working groups what went well and what we can still improve on. This is a postmortem presentation I made about a project where loan officers can create ads on their own without asking our creatives department. My employer consistently is in the top 10 rankings in the Scotsman Guide. They are good people to work with, very friendly, so I'm happy to be part of the team. When not working during weekends, I go for walks outside. I play guitar, and I also have a leather crafting hobby. I make everyday carry leather products like wallets, key fobs, and holders. So these are my creations. First one here is a leather card holder. It has 3 slots where you can put your cash and your cards. This is made out of a pebbled Nappa leather. And this next one is a passport holder. Just open the clasp here and then you could bring out or put back your passport. This next product is a bifold wallet. So this is my personal wallet. So it has slots for your card. And lastly, I have this personal satchel that I made. It's made out of black leather. So it has magnetic lock here and a zipper. You open it, you could put your things inside, your phone, your wallet, or whatever. I work from 8 PM to 5 AM Manila time, which is 8 AM to 5 PM in Cleveland. After working, I eat breakfast with my mom and relax. Then I sleep from 10 AM to 3 PM. Once I wake up, I brew my own coffee. This is Daguma coffee beans from Sultan Gudarat. This is my go-to coffee. I like this because it has a balanced profile, not too acidic and not too earthy. So now I'm gonna make a leather key holder. What advice would you give to employers looking to hire hire Filipinos? Most Filipinos are talented, hardworking, and are willing to learn. So I guess my advice, if it's your first time, just go ahead and hire a Filipino. You won't regret it. So this is our finished product. So this is simple key holder. I'd like to thank OnlineJobs.ph for giving opportunities to Filipinos like me to have better options for full-time work-from-home jobs. I am able to provide for my mom and this household. I'm able to buy a car and pay for a house that I will soon move into. So I'm grateful OnlineJobs.ph.
