Hi, my name is Lovely. I am an online Filipino specialist working for a dropshipping e commerce platform based in Amsterdam. So this is our dashboard. This is where we get our Tickets. They have 26 e commerce stores in four countries, the Netherlands, Australia, Finland and Germany. This ticket is in German so what you have to do is just to right click and translate it in English. I mainly talk to our German customers through Reamaze. They'll email in German and it will be translated into English. I will reply in English and it will be sent in German. This particular customer is asking for a refund because the item that she bought doesn't fit her. My daily task includes answering customer inquiries regarding returns, exchange rates, refunds, delivery and as a first resolution what I did was I offer an exchange. I also communicate with suppliers regarding stocks, shipping, materials and product descriptions but she declined. So my next step I will be offering her a partial refund. I sometimes also help out with product listing and with our Klaviyo email marketing. Copy the link and paste it here in the Kopi app and click Import product so it will import everything into your Shopify store. I am married for nine years now and we have three children ages 7, 5 and 1. What does your day look like? I wake up at 6am, start the day with meditation and Bible reading. After that we eat breakfast as a whole family and then I start working around at 9am since my work is flexi time, I can leave my workstation and tend to my kids for their homeschooling. We will be having our lunch. We have our sinigang ni hippon, fried tofu and fried rice. We also have some lemon left over from breakfast which is chicken adobo and corned beef. I will work until 6pm and then I will spend more time with my family. We will take a walk around the village and then eat dinner and sleep around 10pm thank Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Let's eat. When not working we usually take the whole family to the local wat park. Also we do stationary crafts, invitation flyers, anything in paper. It has also become our family bonding. So today we will be making our crafts which is Sunflower Collection and Soothing House. This is my 2D house. I have three layers sunflower. Yay. What advice would you give to employers who want to hire Filipinos? I guess I don't really have an advice but me personally I just want to say that I am willing to go the extra mile for my employer but in return I just also want them to take care of me. I am very happy with my work and our family lifestyle, and I am hoping to work with my Dutch employer for many, many more years as the business grows. Thank you. Onlinejobs.
