Welcome to the Secret Sauce of Outsourcing podcast, dedicated to making you better at working with OFS online Filipino specialists. This is episode 371. Our life is better because of you. So most people would have a hard time saying that their job improves people's lives. I mean, yeah, you provide a service to someone, it makes. Does something for their business, or you're selling something to someone that people like to. That people want to buy, whatever it is. But I mean, is it really, like, making someone's life better? Well, that's. That's questionable, but. So I got this email from Michael, which is a screenshot of a text that he got from one of his ofs. He's making her life better. Like, making a difference. So I don't know what Michael's business is. I don't know if his job or his business is directly improving people's lives, but I do know that because he has hired ofs, he has made their life better, and they've made his life better. Lives are improved because of this. Now, at first glance, a lot of people, when they see my lifestyle, I don't work very much. I ski a lot, I ride my bike a lot, I vacation a lot. People think, oh, you don't contribute at all. And then I see things like this where, yeah, we provided Michael the means of hiring someone amazing. And I realized, yeah, actually I am contributing. Contributing well, quite a bit. And for you, I want to help you contribute to someone else's life. So let me read this what Michael says, and if you're on YouTube, hopefully you'll get to see this. So here's the text. I personally want to thank you, Mark. Okay, wait. So actually it wasn't Michael receiving this. It was Michael sending this. Michael is the ofs. It was Mark is the employer. I mixed that up here. So let me read you what Mark got from Michael. Michael says, I personally want to thank you, Mark, for everything you helped for us. Because of you, not just our dreams, but our life is better. I don't know how to thank you, but you are such a great blessing to us. This photo is when we got our first automatic washing machine. We both excited and happy because we never have had like this one before. But because of your help, everything is possible. Thank you, Mark. I wish and pray that God may bless you and your family with all the blessings you are worthy of. Obviously, there was a picture attached to that. I don't have that picture. It was previously in the conversation. Mark only sent me that. And Mark replied, thank you, Michael, for Your message. I am so happy for you and your wife and lucky to have you in our team. It's been a joy to work with you and looking forward to what the future holds. Look, that salary that you're going to pay someone to help build your business isn't all that much. It's a few hundred dollars month for someone to change their life. And not just to change their life, but to change your life because they're doing really great work in your business, helping build your business and your life. And at the same time, for them, it really is life changing. I mean, it allowed Michael to buy a washing machine for the first time. And even better than that, Michael or his wife didn't have to move overseas and leave their family behind to make it happen. So with my son, I've talked about him in the last episode and quite a few times he has. He's told me about the number of people that he has encountered where either they are leaving the country or they're there and they have a spouse that has left the country and they're alone or a mom who is working out of the country and they're left alone. It's a really hard situation that for years and years and years has been the only out for someone in the Philippines. They haven't had the ability to to make a living except by getting a job working overseas. And actually, when we first started, I had a really, really amazing programmer quit because he got a job working overseas. And that was always his dream, to work overseas. Because that's always been the Filipino dream, to get a job working overseas where you can finally make enough money to support your family. And now that dream is changing. They're working from home, they're working online, they're working for foreign bosses that are treating them well and they're staying at raising their families. And you are a part of that. You're actually the reason for that because every person that you hire changes your business, changes their life. Have you had an experience like this? I want to know. Let me know. Johnlinejobs ph have you not hired someone yet? What are you waiting for? This is, you want to do some good in the world, hire someone from the Philippines to help build your business. Yeah, you're doing good there, but you're doing more good in your own business and it'll change your business and the way you live and the way you think about what's possible forever. I've seen this thousands and thousands of times. As soon as you hire someone, you realize, oh my gosh, I can't believe I didn't do this sooner.
