A Filipino virtual assistant warns against lowball job offers and credits OnlineJobs.ph for connecting her with an employer who pays fairly and allows flexibility. She supports her daughter and mother with the income and wants other employers to hire with respect.

What advice would you give employers hoping to hire Filipinos? Personally, I'm happy with my rate, but I see a lot of posts online wherein the employer is offering very low rates. So my advice is don't lowball and just be fair with their experience. I found my employer through onlinejobs ph and I'm very happy with the flexible work setup I'm able to provide not just for myself, but also for my daughter and my mom. Thank you so much.
