What are people in the Philippines really good at? So you've probably heard about hiring a VA in the Philippines. You've thought about it. I want to call them an ofs, an online Filipino specialist. But you haven't yet taken the leap because you're not really sure what they're so good at, what you can hire, what skills exist, what talent you can actually find, or if you can actually find any talent at all. So my name is John Jonas. I've been hiring people in the Philippines since 2005, which by the way, the first person I ever hired still works for me today. And that's part of the magic of the Philippines is they're super, super loyal. So let me tell you what they're really good at. What I've always found in the Philippines is that anything that can be done online or on a computer or on the phone, they're pretty dang good at. So things like being a virtual assistant or graphic design or programming, and just about any language of programming in the Philippines or social media marketing or SEO, all of these things can easily be done in the Philippines. You can also easily find someone to do WordPress development or help you with your WordPress blog. You can find content writers. You can easily find a real estate virtual assistant as they have the Realtor branch in the Philippines. You can hire an Amazon expert or a sales rep or someone to help you with your sales, or just a general marketing expert or a digital marketing expert. You can hire a Shopify developer or a video editor or a data entry specialist. In fact, one of my OFS is editing this video right now. Web developers, project managers, Facebook marketing, like Facebook ads or social media marketing or lead generation. Someone to help with ebay or ebay listings or managing products. Customer support is super easy to find. They're so good at it. Google AdWords or other paid ads like Facebook or LinkedIn or buying media Magento or WooCommerce or any sort of E commerce is really easy to find in the Philippines. A web designer, a copywriter, a webmaster, a pay per click expert, a researcher, an accountant, an iOS developer, an Android developer, someone who's really good at Photoshop or creating graphics or user interface design. There are so many things that they're really, really good at in the Philippines. So as you consider hiring an ofs, an online Filipino specialist, because really you're hiring someone who's really good at something and not just a secretary. This isn't just a general virtual assistant. Recognize that the Philippines is different than elsewhere in the world. That it matters where you hire. My name is John Jonas, and I created onlinejobs ph, which is the marketplace for finding and hiring Filipino workers. I also wrote a book about this titled the Outsourcing Lever, where I detail everything about hiring people and why and how and where. How to find them, how to interview them, how to hire them, how to pay them, how to build trust, how to handle difficult situations. I cover the whole thing@outroundinglever.com where you can get my book for free. I bought a thousand copies of it. I'm giving them away for free. I really just want people to understand how this works and why it works so well for me and for thousands of others that I've seen do this. So outsourcinglever.com go get it. Go buy the book. Don't even buy the book. I bought it for you. Pay shipping. It's $7 for shipping. Pay for the shipping, get the book, and hire someone who. Who can be an expert for you in your business.
