Schreiber, Founder and CEO of Fused Media we are a marketing agency for home service contractors, and this is my story. So back in May of 2021, that is when we literally registered the business, took our first payment. And that is after years of failures with drop shipping, network marketing, affiliate marketing, and tons of other stuff, but just learning different skills that. That would eventually lead to me having success with this business. And I had been in, like, an equity dispute with the construction company that I was working with, and I knew that I wanted my own company. I knew that I wanted to see that construction company have success, and I wanted to help other contractors to have the success that we were seeing. And short story long, we had that equity dispute. I had a baby on the way. This was like right after the pandemic, and it was like, oh, man, something's got to give here. So I pulled the trigger. I took a chance on myself. I used my network to see if there were any other contractors that I knew that needed help with their marketing. And finally I had that overnight success after about six years. May of 2021, we did like 11,000 in revenue our first month. There was like one or two pay in fulls in that. And about five months later, we did about 35,000 in revenue, and we had about 30 clients, I want to say. And it had gotten to a point where it was like, okay, I think there's too much for me to handle all by myself here, and I need some help with something. That's when I actually ended up. I think it was through something with. With Russell Brunson and ClickFunnels. I saw the online jobs ph for hiring Filipino workers as virtual assistants. And, you know, there had been some sort of, like, stigma against that that I had heard about. And I was just like, you know what? These are great people. These are skilled people. I watched some videos on. On how to use the site, and I put out a post on. On the platform to hire our first. My first employee. And this person, what is it? It's about three years later almost, and they are still with us. He. He referred three of his colleagues. So, you know, there's four just from that guy that. That work from him, that all came from online jobs. And now we have, I believe, 10 or 11 other virtual assistants that we have sourced from online jobs. And three years later, we are actively at 140,000 per month in monthly recurring revenue. And so we would not have been able to do that. We would not have been able to do it profitably without the help of our virtual assistants. These guys are studs. They are incredible at what they do. I mean we have multiple people in management positions that are literally help building out departments on a regular basis. New departments that I didn't even know, right? Like I don't really know the first thing about SEO, but our employees do and they have helped us build a very successful SEO department within the agency and just continue to get better and better results for our clients. And, and obviously, yeah, on our end too there was a lot of like we had to do some educating, right. Because there is very cultural differences between, you know, what our clients encounter on a day to day basis and what the virtual assistants are kind of used to and, and just the vocabulary and the terms and things like that. But me as a founder, that's my job to educate them on things like that. And we have just seen them just completely rocket, just as leaders, as employees, as individuals. They have just completely shown up and we could not be more grateful for what the opportunity that onlinejobs PH has given us. So I take every chance that I can to refer this platform to other people because of what it has been able to do for me and my business. I have free YouTube content on how to hire, track and train a virtual assistant because it has been so beneficial to me. We teach our clients how to do it. I mean there are so, so many different things that, that so many different benefits that we've gained from outsourcing and leveraging virtual assistants. And so if you're thinking about hiring a virtual assistant, I don't care what you've heard, the stigmas around it or anything, it is worth it. But you, as the founder or as the leader needs to take responsibility for properly training them and let them grow, let them spread their wings and impress you. So and that counts for any employee, honestly. So we've got a handful of domestic employees as well and it' the same thing. So anyways, thanks for watching this video. I hope you found it helpful and we'll see you soon.
