Short anecdotal clip in which the speaker (John Jonas) describes hiring a virtual assistant (OFS) from Onlinejobs.ph who performed so well the speaker reassigned that Filipino team member to other team members to help with their tasks. The speaker repeats this pattern — hiring additional virtual assistants who also prove highly capable and are passed along to the broader team.

And so I hired up a virtual assistant to help with my tasks. Well, turns out that virtual assistant ended up being so awesome that I was like, you know what? My team needs our Filipino team member to be a part of them and help with their tasks instead of me. I'll be fine. So I was like, here, guys. Here's another awesome team member. Then we did it again. I hired up someone, and I was like, hey, you're freaking awesome, too. Here you go.
