I mean, they have responsibilities, and those responsibilities don't change just because I'm gone. If they took vacations while I was gone, sweet, that'd be great. And that's one of the things. Like, aren't you worried that they might slack off? No, I kind of expect them to slack off a little bit when I'm not there. That's okay. They're still getting their work done. Maybe we're just not pushing things as hard.
