Is it that, like, you're concerned about the process or you don't know where to start, or you maybe you're worried about the legalities and taxes and how that's going to affect your business, or maybe you don't know how to pay someone, or you're worried that you won't find someone good, or that you can't trust someone, or you don't have time to find someone.
