Today I want to talk about hiring your second ofs. Because when you hire your second ofs the process just becomes easy. At that point you've already gone through the hiring so hiring is a lot easier. You know what to write in your job post. You know how to onboard someone. You know what to expect when they come on board. You know what to expect with paid time off and holidays and paying them. At this point, if you, if you post your job and you don't get a whole bunch of applicants, you can probably figure it out that like oh, if I post my job again I'll probably get more applicants or maybe, maybe I need to search onlinejobs ph to find skills of people instead of just posting a job at this point. Also, if you get too many applicants, you have a pretty good idea of how to weed them out. You understand what to do now to get rid of the bad ones and to keep the good ones and how to interview them and how not to interview them.
