Online Filipino specialists.
This is episode 140. Have an online receptionist for your business. So I've worked from home since 2005.
I quit my job in 2005.
I graduated from college in 2004. I had a job for eight, eight months. And then I quit that job because I. I hated working for someone else.
And I wanted to work on my own.
And ever since I quit that job, I have worked from home. So it's been a long time. I've never worked with a receptionist or.
I've never had like a secretary or something like that at. At home or when I had a job. I was just out of college and, you know, I was pretty low on.
The totem pole, but I. So I got this really interesting email.
From someone the other day that.
That was from a. I believe it's. It came from a Twitter post. So the Twitter post comes from Marshall, who had gone into his dentist's office, and instead of being greeted with a receptionist, he was greeted with a video screen and a microphone. So with a computer screen and a microphone. And on the other side of the computer was someone in the Philippines. They were the receptionist now. And here's what. Here's what he said about it. My dentist reception desk is manned by a woman in the Philippines. On video. When you walk in, an iMac is facing you with her on a camera to check you in. The owner said he struggled with high turnover and bad employees. Philippines woman has been flawless by comparison. It kind of surprised me because this is like such a. Such a forward use of a Filipino virtual assistant. And yet it doesn't really surprise me that the dentist is having a better experience with this person in the Philippines with zero turnover and with her being really, really good and showing up and the whole thing. I am really impressed with the dentist. Just the fact that. That he's taken it this far. Now imagine what if a dentist with a receptionist in the Philippines can do this. Imagine what you could do with someone in the Philippines. Like, if you're worried that your clients won't like that you have someone in the Philippines doing work, maybe give it a shot and see what happens. My experience is that very often clients are impressed rather than disappointed. If you're concerned that maybe you don't have the time to give them the right training to bring them up to speed, check out our VA's made easy, which is training that we have created for you to give to your OFS that you hire so that you don't.
Have to create the training.
It's pretty good stuff.
