In order to install your unit, first, please attach each standoff to the corners behind the weatherproof box. After confirming the required high restrictions, kindly hang your emergency unit where the middle of the unit is approximately 4 feet off the ground. Use a level to ensure a straight install. The power cord can be secured as shown. Or put through a wall. Or use wire coverings available at your local hardware stores. After plugging in your device, turn it on by using the power switch inside the unit as shown. Wait 5 full minutes, then make outgoing and inbound calls to test your new service. Finally, make a test call to your home phone. Please place a test call to 911 and kindly explain to them that this is not an emergency and that this is a test call.
