A 25-year-old entrepreneur explains why phone calls matter more than texts for building real business relationships. Most people avoid calling because they're used to digital-only communication, but direct conversation is how you actually connect with people and grow.
What's one piece of advice for a young entrepreneur that's too afraid to make that call? I think the biggest thing, especially now, is everybody's used to texting or, you know, things like that, or not even reaching out. You know, they're just used to being removed from the scene so much and having that digital barrier between them. There's not the human element anymore. And so I think being able to reach out and make a connection and you want to interact with somebody outside of just being digital, I think is a huge step.
