The Shake Weight's before-and-after ads are fake. A six-pack comes from diet, fasting, and calorie cycling, not from shaking a weight. The product sells the myth that you can skip nutrition and still get results.

One health trend that I think is total BS is the shake weights. You see the Shake Weight, they have the commercials and they saw these people shaking the weights and then like before and afters, and they're like totally slimmed and trimmed through the waist. And, you know, unfortunately, that's not what it's going to do. I mean, people want to get that six pack and they want to get that trimmed waist and everything. A lot of that comes down to your nutrition. You know, what you're eating, if you're fasting, you know, how you're cycling your food and everything. And so it's not just a Shake Weight that's going to do that for you. And I think that leads people to the wrong impression, like, okay, I can buy this and kind of shake it, and I'm going to get that trimmed away. So I'll call that one out as BS.
